Along with the deepening reform of the economic system of our country,people and social organization put forward higher request to the government management function and quality of public service.As an important supplement to the current public security force,police auxiliary personnel effectively relieve the real pressure of police shortage,and play an increasingly significant auxiliary role in public security work and police activities.How to fully stimulate the effectiveness of police auxiliary personnel through system management has become the main research direction of many scholars in recent years.The paper first introduces the local characteristics and the current situation of public security management in District B of J City,thus extending the indispensable role of police auxiliary personnel in alleviating the real predicament of serious shortage of police force in the present situation of increasingly complex social security situation.Secondly,it expounds the basic situation and current management system of the auxiliary police team of B District Public Security Branch in J City.Through questionnaires and interviews,it understands the cognition and views of the auxiliary police themselves and related groups on the management system of the auxiliary police.Based on this,the paper further analyzes the outstanding problems existing in the management system of the auxiliary police in B District Public Security Branch of J City: recruitment is not strict,less business training,unclear rewards and punishments,low wages,long-term position solidification,poor development prospects,etc.Thirdly,adhere to the problem-oriented,conduct field visits and in-depth investigations on the three district-level public security bureaus in the same city,and combine the actual work to analyze the main reasons for the above problems,including: The recruitment and employment system is not standardized,the education and training system is not systematic,the effectiveness of the assessment and reward and punishment system is poor,the compensation and welfare system is insufficient,the job rotation and exchange system has not been established,and the career development system is difficult to implement.Finally,on the basis of the experience of the auxiliary police management system in other provinces,this paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to improve the auxiliary police management system of B District public security Branch in J City,including: first,formulate a standardized and systematic recruitment system,and strictly manage the first gate;Second,improve the professional education and training system,and constantly improve the ability and quality of auxiliary police;Third,improve the effectiveness of the assessment reward and punishment system,so that the auxiliary police labor gains,diligent gains;Fourth,comprehensively optimize the compensation and welfare system,improve the level of welfare and care;Fifth,establish a scientific and flexible post rotation exchange system,constantly stimulate the vitality of the team;Sixth,promote the hierarchical implementation of the career development system,clarify the development prospects,and expand the development channels.
