In recent years,with the increase of the number of auxiliary police in local public security organs,auxiliary police team is also growing.The auxiliary police has become the central force to maintain social security and order.As a supplementary method to build a new model of social governance,the auxiliary police started late in management and lagged behind in research.There are many problems to be solved in team management,and there are inevitably new contradictions and problems in practice and development.However,we should not blindly expand the necessity of auxiliary police,or even question it.In the face of such system defects,the development of the auxiliary police should not be ignored,but the problem should be analyzed continuously and countermeasures should be found.From the perspective of social development,this paper analyzes the current operating status and existing problems of the auxiliary police system in Harbin,and finally discusses the countermeasures to promote the development of the auxiliary police.Based on the current situation of the auxiliary police team in Harbin,from the perspective of the auxiliary police staff and their managers,this paper reveals the characteristics of the management of the auxiliary police team of the public security organs in Harbin with a multi-level systematic and scientific method.From the perspective of operation,this paper analyzes the causes of the problem.Based on the research of domestic and foreign scholars on the management of police auxiliary personnel,this paper proposes countermeasures and suggestions in order to improve the management level of police auxiliary personnel.In order to improve the management level of police auxiliary personnel,legal aid guidance system,strengthen public security and other aspects,it plays a core role in maximizing the maintenance of social security. |
