As the popularity of health and wellness tourism in China continues to rise,the total population of the elderly continues to grow,and the "silver hair" consumption force gradually expands,but the elderly health and wellness tourism base cannot meet the high-quality requirements of demand.The contradiction between supply and demand in the elderly health and wellness tourism market is increasingly prominent,and the standardization and quality construction of the elderly health and wellness tourism product supply side is particularly urgent,Carrying out research on the high-quality development of elderly health and wellness tourism bases has important practical significance and theoretical value.This study used the Delphi method and DEMATEL-ISM-MICMAC method,supplemented by Cite Space,SPSS.23,Excel,and Matlab software to conduct a study on the key factors for the high-quality development of elderly health and wellness tourism bases,and obtained a system of influencing factors for the high-quality development of elderly health and wellness tourism bases containing 3 dimensions and 15 factors,a model of influencing factors for the high-quality development of elderly health and wellness tourism bases,and a centrality cause degree scatter chart,an ISM hierarchical division model Drive force dependency matrix.The scatter chart of centrality and causality shows that the level of human resources specialization has the highest centrality and causality,and is in the core position;The ISM hierarchical model indicates that the level of specialization of health facilities resources and human resources is at the bottom of the model,which is an essential factor and plays a deep regulatory role;The driving force dependency matrix indicates that the specialization level of health facilities resources and human resources is an independent factor with high driving force and low dependency,and is an essential factor affecting the high-quality development of elderly health and wellness tourism bases.According to the results of data analysis,the key factors for high-quality development of elderly health and wellness tourism bases are divided into two categories: high driving factors and high correlation factors.High driving factors refer to factors with high centrality,deep hierarchy,and high driving force.They can affect other factors to achieve the ultimate goal,and have strong constraints and control.High correlation factors refer to factors that have a high degree of cause,are closely related to other factors,and have a high driving force.They are more active in the hierarchy,participate in more influential relationships,and affect the whole body at the same time.Controlling these two key factors is of great significance for the high-quality development of the elderly health and wellness tourism base.High driving factors include the level of specialization in health facilities resources and human resources.As essential factors in the ISM hierarchical model,the two factors have the highest centrality and causality,the highest driving force,and the lowest dependency,which are the most core factors.High correlation factors include medical service capabilities,operational management capabilities,and the intensity of health care consumption demand.In the ISM hierarchical model,these three elements are closely related to multi-level factors as deep layers,with plateau factors,relatively high driving forces,and relatively low dependency.Based on the results of the research on key factors,this paper proposes suggestions for the development of elderly health and wellness tourism bases from the three dimensions of resources,capabilities,and markets,with a view to clarifying the key points in the development process of China’s elderly health and wellness tourism bases,targeting them,improving the quality of the base from three dimensions,and helping the base enter a high-quality development track.Through this study,it was found that the DEMATEL-ISM-MICMAC method has good applicability for solving similar problems.By using intuitive quantitative methods to clarify the status,level,and role of various factors,it can successfully identify key influencing factors in complex systems,which has certain reference value for similar research. |
