Research On The Problems And Cultivation Strategies Of The Spirit Of Hard Struggle Among College Students In The New Era

The spirit of hard work and struggle is an important component of the Chinese national spirit and a powerful spiritual driving force for building a socialist modernized country.Socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era,people’s living standards are constantly improving,and resource waste,environmental damage,blind consumption,opportunism and other phenomena occur from time to time.To achieve the goal of building a modern and powerful socialist country,the Party and the people need to practice the spirit of hard struggle.As the backbone of the future development of the country,college students in the new era carry the hope of the whole society and also shoulder the important task of national rejuvenation.In the new era,college students must fully enjoy the tremendous achievements of China’s reform and opening up over 40 years of development.They must deeply realize that the development achievements are all achieved by countless Chinese people through hard work,and there is no development achievement that deviates from the spirit of hard work.Therefore,strengthening the cultivation of the spirit of hard work and struggle is of great significance for college students to shoulder the heavy responsibility of national and ethnic development and promote their comprehensive development.The paper defines the relevant concepts of the spirit of hard struggle by combing the exposition of Marx and Engels,the main leaders of the CPC,and the excellent traditional Chinese culture,and combining the relevant literature at home and abroad,summarizes the main contents of the spirit of hard struggle of college students in the new era,including the spirit of responsibility,the spirit of hard work,the spirit of struggle,and the spirit of entrepreneurship.Using literature research,questionnaire survey,and inductive summary methods,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the spirit of hard work among college students in the new era.Through analysis and research,it has been found that the problems with the spirit of hard work among college students in the new era mainly include:the concept of personal supremacy has led to a lack of sense of responsibility among some college students,utilitarian motivation has led to a lack of practical spirit among some college students,a Buddhist mentality of lying flat has led to a lack of fighting spirit among some college students,and the phenomenon of widespread entertainment has induced a lack of entrepreneurial spirit among some college students.Analyzing the reasons for its problems mainly includes four factors:the impact of negative social thoughts on the spirit of hard struggle among college students,the impact of weak systematic cultivation in universities on the spirit of hard struggle among college students,the dissolution of bad family traditions on the spirit of hard struggle among college students,and the lack of self-awareness among college students,which undermines the spirit of hard struggle.Finally,starting from four aspects:creating a good social atmosphere of the spirit of hard work,increasing the cultivation of the spirit of hard work in universities,giving full play to the guiding role of the spirit of hard work and family culture,and improving the understanding of the spirit and ideology of hard work among college students themselves,effective measures are taken to effectively guide college students to clarify their goals of hard work,enhance their motivation for hard work,and enhance their ability to work hard.
