Research On The Spiritual Cultivation Of Lei Feng In College Students In The New Era

The report of the 20 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China stressed the need to "carry forward the spiritual lineage of Chinese communists with the great party-building spirit as the source." As a member of the spiritual lineage of Chinese communists,Lei Feng’s spirit is a vivid embodiment of the core values of socialism and an important spiritual source for young people to grow into talents.In2023,the 60 th anniversary of Mao Zedong and other revolutionaries of the older generation inscribed for Comrade Lei Feng,General Secretary Xi Jinping issued important instructions on the in-depth development of activities to learn from Lei Feng,emphasizing that "let learning from Lei Feng become a common practice among the people,especially young people,let learning from Lei Feng be integrated into daily life and become a regular occurrence,and let learning from Lei Feng bloom more brilliantly in the new era." Based on the new requirements of the new era,answering the questions of why to learn from Lei Feng,what to learn from Lei Feng,and how to learn from Lei Feng and so on is a response to a series of life problems for young people,such as "what kind of person to be,how to do a good job in such a person" and "what kind of road to take,how to take such a road well",and is also an important topic faced by colleges and universities to fully implement the fundamental task of cultivating virtue and cultivating people.To this end,it is necessary to clearly grasp the theoretical basis of Lei Feng’s spiritual cultivation of college students in the new era,objectively analyze the current situation of Lei Feng’s spiritual cultivation of college students,accurately understand and grasp the problems and causes thereof,and explore the optimization strategy of Lei Feng’s spiritual cultivation in college students in the new era on the basis of combining theoretical elaboration and empirical analysis.The main contents of each chapter are as follows:Chapter I,Introduction.This paper expounds the origin and significance of the selected topic,discusses the review and existing problems of domestic and foreign research,and explains the research ideas and methods,innovations and shortcomings of the paper.Chapter 2,Theoretical Fundamentals.The historical conditions,core ideological content and contemporary value of the formation of Lei Feng’s spirit are preliminarily explored,and the theoretical basis and necessity of Lei Feng’s spiritual cultivation in college students in the new era are sorted out.Chapter 3: Empirical Investigation and Research.Through random sampling of college students,questionnaires were conducted on different categories of young college students.SPSS25.0 statistical analysis software was used to analyze data,grasp the current situation of Lei Feng’s spiritual cultivation of college students in the new era,and analyze the reasons for the spiritual cultivation of college students in the new era by combining the survey results and actual case analysis,so as to provide a basis for follow-up countermeasure research.Chapter 4: Research on Countermeasures.Based on the comprehensive theoretical analysis and the existing problems and causes,this paper puts forward the optimization countermeasures for the cultivation of Lei Feng’s spirit in college students in the new era from four aspects,such as stimulating conscious action,improving the cultivation mechanism,optimizing the campus cultural environment,and improving the carrier form,so as to promote the inheritance of the spirit of Lei Feng in colleges and universities.
