Research On Demand Analysis And Path Of Infant Childcare Services In Changchun

The demographic situation is the most basic and important national condition of a country,and the population policy concerns the future of the nation and the country.The liberalization of the"three-child"fertility policy is the third liberalization of China’s fertility policy after the"separate two-child"and "comprehensive two-child" policies,which is another step forward on the road of moderately lenient fertility policy.It is an important step forward in improving China’s fertility policy and promoting long-term balanced population development.At the same time,the traditional grandparental care model is gradually being broken down,and the nuclearization of the family structure has led to a weakening of the family’s ability to care for infants and young children,making the shortcomings of family care increasingly obvious.The demand for childcare services is the basic premise for the existence of child care services,therefore,studying the demand for childcare services for infants and toddlers is one of the most important issues in promoting the development of childcare services for infants and toddlers,and it is important to improve the social security system.Starting from welfare pluralism theory,ERG needs theory,new public service theory and social support theory,using literature research method,questionnaire survey method and empirical analysis method,women or men aged 20～45 with infants and toddlers aged 0-3 in the central city of Changchun were selected as research subjects,and descriptive statistical analysis was conducted to summarize the demand for infant and toddler childcare services in Changchun.The main problems include the weak promotion of Childcare Services,the lack of community-based childcare services providers,the lack of childcare services providers trusted by parents,and Inadequate role of childcare service providers.The reasons for the problems were also analyzed with the research data.Using interaction analysis chi-square test and binary logistic regression to empirically analyze the factors influencing child care services,it was found that six variables,namely,work status of both parents,whether the parents are only children,monthly income level of the family,monthly age of infants,whether childcare services are perceived as a work-life balance,and price of childcare services,have significant effects on the demand for childcare services.Combining the influencing factors of the demand for childcare services,the development paths of improving the top-level design of childcare services,establishing a diversified and complementary inclusive childcare service system,accelerating the construction of a multi-level childcare service personnel echelon and increasing the publicity of childcare services were proposed in response to the problems of childcare services,in order to provide a reference for the sustainable development of infant childcare services in Changchun.
