Analysis On The Influencing Factors Of The Demand For Infant Aged 0-3 Years Childcare Services In Jilin Province

In October 2015,the Fifth Plenary session of the 18 th CPC Central Committee decided to adhere to the basic national policy of family planning,improve the population development strategy,comprehensively implement the policy of having two children for a couple,and actively take action to deal with the aging population.With the liberalization of the "comprehensive two-child" policy and the transformation of society,the care of 0-3 years old infants has become a major problem in family fertility,begun to receive wide attention from all walks of life.Based on existing study,this paper analyzes the demand and influencing factors of parents in Jilin Province for care services,using questionnaire,literature research and quantitative analysis methods,using Jilin Health and Health Commission commissioned Jilin University Northeast Asia Research Institute research group to carry out "Jilin Province 0-3 years old infant care service supply and demand status and fertility willingness survey" data.First of all,the basic situation of parents in Jilin Province is described and analyzed from three aspects: individual,family and upbringing.Secondly,the demand preference of care service is counted from two aspects: care service mode and care service quality.Thirdly,the gender and household registration,the work situation of husband and wife,the monthly income of family,the occupation of the interviewee,the charge standard of accepting care service institution and whether the husband and wife are only children,as well as the willingness to regenerate and the main caregivers and care service demand of the child are analyzed quantitatively.By descriptive analysis,chi-square test and binary logistic regression analysis,the results are as follows:First of all,the number of infant care services is obvious deficiencies,there is an imbalance between supply and demand.Secondly,parents are more willing to send their children to public care services and demand preference for care services;the way of care is more inclined to full-time care;the main work of care services is trusteeship,hoping that care workers have a higher education and have a national qualification certificate for care work;the preference of care services for activities is enlightenment education;in terms of service facilities,we should improve the facilities related to sports functions;and in the location selection of care services,we prefer to send their children closer to home.Thirdly,parents with different characteristics have obvious differences in the demand for care services,household registration in personal characteristics factors,the work situation of husband and wife in family characteristics factors,the monthly income of the family,occupation and the cost standard of care institutions acceptable to the family,as well as the willingness to regenerate and the main caregivers of children to care for care services.Finally,according to the conclusion of the research,the author puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions to help parents solve the concerns and problems of family parenting,reduce the cost and pressure of raising children in families of childbearing age,and gradually improve the service system of supporting education in Jilin Province.And then improve the willingness to regenerate.
