Research On The Health Management Service Paths In Harbin From The Perspective Of Smart Home-Based Care For The Elderly

Although China’s economy have entered the track of rapid and high-quality development,in terms of the current level of economic development and elderly care service resources,the aging characteristic of "non-rich aging first" makes China’s elderly care service face a structural dilemma.The huge size of the elderly population,the unbalanced allocation of elderly care resources,the backward construction of professional talents,the increasingly diversified demand for elderly care service,the single supply modes of elderly care service,the accumulated negative effects of policies and the rising cost of elderly care have seriously restricted the improvement of the quality of life of China’s elderly population in their later years,and prevented them from enjoying the achievements of scientific and technological development in the new era.There is a long way to go to realize the ideal vision of a healthy aging society.However,with the initiative of the "Internet plus" plan,modern technology such as the Internet has been increasingly introduced into the old-age care.The construction of"Internet plus old-age care" has become a breakthrough in solving the problem of social elderly care,which has triggered attempts all over the country.The intelligent elderly care service mode integrating digital processing and service resources not only urges the transformation of elderly care service towards wisdom,accuracy,aging adaptation and heterogeneity,but also enables more and more elderly people to enjoy the convenience and comfort brought by the new elderly care mode.Under the dual effects of the severe population aging situation and the emerging upsurge of smart elderly care construction,vigorously promoting the development of smart home-based elderly care service has become an inevitable trend in the future of China’s old-age care.As a cutting-edge research issue in the social security discipline,there is a lack of relevant theoretical and empirical research on smart home-based elderly care service.Therefore,this study can enrich the theoretical research in the field of smart home-based elderly care in China to a certain extent,and provide guidance for the government to better carry out the practice of smart home-based elderly care service.As a representative aging city in China,the elderly care problem of Harbin has become an urgent social problem to be solved.In addition,health management,as the basic level of daily life needs of the elderly,has attracted keen attention.Therefore,this study takes smart home-based care for the elderly as a research perspective,takes Harbin as the research area,and selects health management service as the main research content,which based on the new public service theory,welfare pluralism theory,demand hierarchy theory and life cycle theory.Using the methods of network survey and case analysis,this study expounds the current situation of health management service of smart home-based elderly care in Harbin,and reveals the problems such as the lack of momentum in the development of smart health management service,the non-standard quality evaluation process of smart health management service,the low level of intelligence in home-based health management service,the lack of exact matching between supply and demand of smart health management service,and the hidden dangers of information data security.So this paper concludes that smart health management service system is not yet mature;the main subjects of intelligent health management service quality evaluation are not clear;community smart health management service is the lack of technology and talent application;there is a lack of information sharing platform between the supply and demand of smart health management service;there is a lack of mature supervision mechanism of smart health management information service.Using the methods of comparative analysis,and referring to the beneficial experience at home and abroad,such as the United States,Germany,Canada,Japan,Nanjing,Guizhou,Beijing and Wuzhen,this paper draw a conclusion from above:we should pursue the diverse products of health monitoring,the heterogeneous service of health examination,the advanced technology of remote consultation and the specialized staff of rehabilitation nursing.In view of the above problems and causes,this paper uses the methods of comparative analysis,designs the service appointment paths,the service realization paths,the service evaluation paths and the service guarantee paths of four health management service modules:health monitoring,health examination,remote consultation and rehabilitation nursing,which will take place both online and offline;and expounds the key requirements and expected objectives of different paths of each service module to promote the transformation of elderly care service,and improve the quality of life of the elderly in their later years.
