Research On Satisfaction Of Home-based Elderly Care Services In Smart Communitie

China is about to enter a moderately aging society.The situation of population aging is severe,and the increasing proportion of "empty nests"increases the difficulty of providing for the elderly.Home-based care has become the choice of most the elderly because of its characteristics of not leaving home,low cost and high efficiency.At the same time,with the rapid development of the Internet,the Internet of Things and big data,smart senior care,with modern information technology to help the elderly care at home,to provide convenient and high-quality intelligent elderly care services.However,at present,smart senior care is in the stage of rapid development,because the development of old technology is not mature enough,its integration with home care is not deep enough,and the elderly are facing the "digital divide" due to physiological conditions,educational level and other restrictions,affecting the elderly to use smart home-based care services.In order to improve the old smart community home-based care service satisfaction,and strive to create more happiness in later life for the elderly,this study investigated the satisfaction of the elderly in smart community home-based care services in Beijing,with the analysis of structural equation model,the elderly own satisfaction with endowment service,to explore the influence factors of satisfaction and the path of influence.The results showed that the elderly had higher evaluation on the perceived usefulness and perceived value of the smart community home-based care service,higher satisfaction on the whole,and were more willing to continue using it and recommend it to others.Through structural equation model path analysis and mediation effect test,it is found that the elderly think that simple and easy to operate pension products can better improve the quality of life;Assisted living elderly care is safer and more reliable;Professional high-quality pension services and pension services that can improve life efficiency have high cost performance;Can improve efficiency and quality of life,professional and safe,reliable and cost-effective endowment service can let the elderly have higher subjective evaluation,and the old will be more willing to continue to use and recommend to others to use,in addition,for the simple and easy to operate pension products,old people are also more willing to continue to use and recommend to others.At the same time,the differences of economic income,health status and educational level of the elderly will also affect their satisfaction with pension service.The elderly’s satisfaction with the smart community home-based care service and its influencing factors reflect their needs for care services,while the elderly’s subjective evaluation is not high,and their needs for care services are not fully satisfied,which lies in the contradiction between supply and demand of care services.Combined with structural equation model analysis results and The New Public Service Theory,Hierarchy Theory of Needs,etc.,this study analyzes the main providers of elderly care services such as the government,enterprises,communities and social organizations,and concludes that government investment is insufficient,service purchase level is low,talent team construction is insufficient;The construction of enterprise smart pension platform is not perfect,smart pension products are not smart,and the quality of smart pension service needs to be optimized;Community response is not timely,insufficient publicity;The lack of professionalism,single content and low social recognition of social organizations are the problems existing in the main providers of elderly care services.So the fairness and efficiency is put forward in this paper,the combination of supply and demand balance,diversity and refinement of satisfaction,in order to further promote the elderly for the intelligence community home endowment service satisfaction,we should set the idea of this on the needs of the elderly pension service concept,improve the smart community home-based care service system,strengthen the intelligent house science and technology research and development and innovation,increase investment in smart home-based care,and strengthen the construction of smart home-based care service personnel.We should uphold the principle of fairness,put people first,and take a strategic and long-term view on the development of elderly care services.In the future,smart community home-based care services will further develop.While doing a good job in urban communities,smart home-based care services should also be gradually implemented and promoted in rural areas and backward areas,so that the elderly in the whole society can share the fruits of social development and jointly create demographic dividend of the elderly with the silver economy.
