| Since 2015,the state has vigorously promoted the construction of intellectual home-based elderly care services,actively guided the integration of smart technology and modern technology into the traditional elderly care service industry,and assisted the supply of home-based elderly care services that cannot be done or can not be done well due to the decline of birth rate and lack of labor force through the advantages of information technology.In carrying out the construction of smart home-based elderly care services in combination with local conditions,local governments have gradually developed new forms such as collaborative participation of multiple subjects and innovation of market supply mode.In order to actively respond to the pension problem,Gongshu District of Hangzhou has accelerated the development of intelligent pension services.Gongshu District,as one of the first demonstration bases for smart home care construction in China,studies the current situation of its smart home care service,which can better promote the improvement and development of smart home care service practice.In view of the current development of intellectual home-based elderly care service in Gongshu District,this paper comprehensively uses the methods of literature research and investigation,and observes the current situation of smart home-based elderly care service in Gongshu District from various dimensions of smart home-based elderly care service construction,such as service platform,service content,security mechanism,evaluation system,etc,it analyzes the existing service use and problems,and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions.This paper mainly discusses from five parts.The first is the introduction,which is composed of research background and purpose,research status at home and abroad,research methods,research difficulties and innovations.The second part is the core concept and theoretical basis to further define the "wisdom" of smart home-based elderly care services.The third part focuses on the current situation of the smart home-based elderly care service in Gongshu District.Through the research and analysis of the dimensions of the smart home-based elderly care service in Gongshu District,it summarizes the achievements of the smart home-based elderly care service construction.The fourth part is based on the observation and research information to find out the problems existing in the promotion of intelligent home-based elderly care service in Gongshu District,such as the cognition of the concept of intelligent elderly care service,the concept of consumption,the aging of products and environment,and the imperfect coordination mechanism among multiple subjects,and analyze the reasons.The fifth part is targeted to give optimization countermeasures. |
