Research On The Role Mechanism Of Rural Party Organizations Leading The Practice Of Rural Revitalization From The Perspective Of Embedding Theory

The key to rural revitalization lies in the guidance of party building.The implementation of the rural revitalization strategy has put forward higher requirements for the modernization of rural grassroots governance capacity and governance system.As a grassroots fighting fortress,rural party organizations should not only strengthen the construction of the organizational system,but also embed them in the practice of rural governance,so as to enhance the organizational strength of grassroots party organizations.However,the current research on grassroots party organizations focuses more on the analysis and research of macro policies,and there are still certain limitations on their specific work paths and governance practices.In the current beautiful countryside construction,it is particularly important to explore all aspects of the requirements of rural grassroots party building to lead rural revitalization under the new situation,and to study how rural party organizations can strengthen their own construction while ensuring the orderly promotion of rural revitalization strategy.Based on the embedded theory and the synergetics governance theory,this paper selects Jijiazhuang Village,Fenyang City,Shanxi Province,analyzes the practice of rural grassroots party building leading rural governance through field research and individual interviews,and clarifies the embedded governance mechanism under the guidance of the party organization in the village,as well as the main problems and causes.From the three levels of environmental embedding,organizational embedding and bilateral embedding,the "embedded"path and effect of rural grassroots party organizations on village-level governance affairs are studied,including effectively activating village-level governance responsibilities and optimizing village-level governance methods,and the governance attributes can also be re-emphasized.Through the study,it is found that in the governance practice of rural grassroots party organizations,there are also practical problems such as weakened villagers’ participation in governance,heavy administrative tasks,and hindered development of agricultural industry,and suggestions are put forward to improve the degree of villagers’ participation,consolidate organizational construction,and optimize the development path.
