Research On The Problems And Countermeasures Of China's Government WeChat Service

The widespread usage of Internet technology in many industries throughout the "Internet +" era also affects how our nation’s government matters are handled.The mix of new media for government affairs and public services is highly valued by government departments,who see it as a novel approach to delivering public services.The government affairs Wechat platform plays a significant role in boosting the openness of government affairs information,developing social governance forms,and enhancing government credibility because of its authority,privacy,immediacy,and other qualities.Wechat’s Chinese government affairs service is showing a positive development trend overall,but there are still certain issues that need to be fixed with how individual government departments are using it.This study employs the literature research technique to first summarize and assess the government affairs wechat and government affairs wechat service from a theoretical perspective,using the government affairs wechat service as the research object.Second,a detailed investigation of the fundamental state of China’s government We Chat services using the case study methodology.Based on this,it analyzes the causes of the current problems and highlights the issues now plaguing China’s wechat service for government affairs.Lastly,from a variety of angles and in conjunction with the philosophy of new public service,we tried to investigate how to improve the Wechat service countermeasures for the Chinese government.
