Research On The Problems And Countermeasures Of Government WeChat Services In Wangcang County,Sichuan Province

Government affairs wechat is the part of the construction of electronic government affairs in China,and is closely connected and inseparable from the construction of service-oriented government.The efficient wechat service of government affairs is conducive to enhancing the credibility of the government and the satisfaction of the public;otherwise,it will lead to the lack of credibility of the government and the tension between the government and citizens.It can be seen that it is very important to pay attention to the service level of government affairs wechat.Therefor,in this paper,"Wangcang Release" wechat public account as an example,focusing on the current situation of government affairs wechat service,Wangcang County government affairs wechat service problems and reasons were analyzed,explore Wangcang County government affairs wechat in information disclosure,public participation,online service and other aspects of the rapid development,and strive to find solutions to the problem and suggestions,has strong theoretical and practical significance.This research firstly conducted a literature review on social media of government affairs and wechat of government affairs.By consulting relevant literature and data through multiple channels,it classified and collected theoretical research results and successful practical experience on social media of government affairs and wechat of government affairs at home and abroad,and defined core concepts of wechat of government affairs and wechat services.Secondly,empirical research was carried out by using literature research,questionnaire survey,in-depth interview method and case analysis method.Taking "Wangcang Release" as the research object,questionnaires were distributed to the office workers and government personnel in the government hall,and one-to-one interviews were conducted with relevant staff of Party and mass departments and government departments.Thirdly,on the basis of the above research,this paper studies and analyzes the existing problems and reasons of "Wangcang Release" government affairs wechat service.Finally,combined with domestic and foreign experience,feasible countermeasures and suggestions are put forward from five aspects,including optimize the content form of tweets,strengthen the communication between the government and the people,improve the performance appraisal system,creating big data wechat service platform,and constructing government affairs wechat service matrix.In particular,it analyzes and discusses how to improve the current situation of government affairs wechat service in Wangcang County and how to improve the service level of government affairs wechat in Wangcang County.Based on the above research,the following three conclusions are drawn: First,based on the new public service theory,only by taking the public demand as the starting point can the transformation of service-oriented government be realized and the governance ability of government be improved;Second,based on the research of e-government theory,compared with traditional public services provided by the government,government affairs wechat services have the characteristics of directness,convenience,low cost and better equality.The third is the research based on the theory of collaborative governance.Only through the joint construction and coordination of multiple government departments,can we better play the service role of government affairs wechat.The conclusion of this study is helpful for other grassroots governments to analyze and explore the commonalities and differences of government affairs wechat in information release,public participation and interaction,convenience services and the construction of government affairs wechat service platform.It also provides certain reference value for grassroots governments in other regions to improve the service level of government affairs wechat and further promote the construction of service-oriented government.
