| With the increasing utilization rate of mobile devices and the continuous improvement of "Internet + government service",government affairs WeChat has become a new channel for the government to ask about government affairs on the Internet and a new model for online government affairs processing.Reviewing the whole Tibet autonomous region,government organs at all levels,enterprises and institutions as well as other relevant units have opened relevant government affairs WeChat in response to the CPC central committee’s requirements on "Internet + government services".However,compared with other parts of the country,the government affairs in Tibet has been developing at a slower speed,lacking the interaction with the public and the lack of comprehensive functional Settings.Therefore,this paper studies the evaluation of public service quality of government affairs WeChat in xizang,which can help government departments to build and improve the construction of government affairs WeChat platform,and promote communication and interaction with the public with the help of government affairs WeChat platform,so as to facilitate timely understanding of the needs of the public.For the public,they can make Suggestions and Suggestions for participating in the social governance of Tibet through the government affairs WeChat platform.Meanwhile,theycan handle the government affairs through it,reducing the phenomenon of running errands and handling affairs.In a word,it is of positive significance to the improvement of the service quality of government affairs in Tibet,and also of great help to the government in providing government services,improving the image of service-oriented government,meeting the needs of the public,and promoting the modernization of the national governance system and governance capacity.On the basis of literature review and relevant models,this paper combined the relevant concepts of government affairs WeChat and the development status of government affairs WeChat in Tibet,and finally established a public service quality evaluation index system of government affairs WeChat in Tibet with 22 indicators in 6 dimensions,and studied the public service quality evaluation of government affairs WeChat in Tibet.Through the SPSS21.0 statistical software,the basic information of the respondents and the use of government affairs WeChat were first descriptive statistical analysis;Second T test was used to study samples for e-government WeChat public service quality overall satisfaction and six dimensions and specific items of perception gap with the actual situation,it is concluded that the sample for the six dimensions vary widely between expectations and the actual feeling,that is to say,public expectations for the Tibetan government affairs WeChat is veryhigh,but the actual feeling is lower;Finally,the entropy method was used to give weights to six dimensions,and the overall service quality was38.39%,indicating that the sample was not satisfied with the public service quality of government affairs WeChat.The results show that the greater the psychological gap of the sample in the six dimensions of government service quality(WeChat),the lower the actual satisfaction of the sample will be.Therefore,party organizations and government organs at all levels in Tibet should pay attention to the promotion and application of government affairs WeChat and the strengthening of functional services based on the actual situation,which is of positive significance to the promotion and development of government image in Tibet.For example,build a professional team to narrow the visibility gap;Enhance content quality and narrow reliability gap;Expand publicity efforts to narrow the usability gap;Innovate the service mode and narrow the empathy gap;Establish interactive mechanism to narrow the responsiveness gap;Strengthen the supervision strength,narrow the security gap and other countermeasures.In a word,for the construction and promotion of government affairs WeChat,governments at all levels attach great importance to its future development.However,it is worth thinking about how to make government affairs WeChat truly play its public service function and how to let the public continue to use the government affairs WeChat.Departments need to Tibet regional government unit and citizens to participate in together,fully excavate and improve its functional characteristics,to provide valuable information about the government,in the future should pay more attention to e-government WeChat promotion and strengthening service function,from the traditional "publishers thinking" to "user thinking",more prominent government affairs WeChat public service function,make its real accelerator for the construction of a service-oriented government. |
