Research On The Optimization Of Wechat Public Service Of Government Affairs In Ordos City

With the rapid development of mobile Internet technology,government affairs wechat has gradually become a mainstream platform in terms of information release and interaction between officials and the public,taking Tencent’s wechat platform as the carrier.Government affairs wechat plays a crucial role in building a serviceoriented government.It is an important way for government departments and relevant institutions to release government affairs information and provide public services by using wechat public accounts.With the emergence of "Internet + government affairs service",government affairs wechat has been strongly supported by the state and governments at all levels.However,due to its short establishment time and lack of full scientific and practical nature,we must actively explore the sustainable development of government affairs wechat in the new era,focusing on meeting public needs.In order to achieve the optimization and upgrading of government work.After several years of development,Ordos municipal government wechat has made certain achievements,but there are still many practical problems in its public service supply.In view of this,Ordos City government wechat public service is selected as the research theme,hoping to provide feasible countermeasures and suggestions for optimizing Ordos City government wechat public service through investigation and research.Based on the theory of new public service and the theory of public participation,this paper investigates and studies the demand side and supply side of government affairs wechat public service.On the one hand,it studies the demand of government affairs wechat public service objects in Ordos City,and surveys the users’ usage,concern,interaction and satisfaction by using questionnaire survey.On the other hand,this paper studies the supply of government affairs wechat public services in Ordos City,and uses the interview method to conduct targeted interviews with the middle managers and operators of government affairs wechat in Ordos City,and finds the problems in the supply side.By combing the demand and service supply of Ordos municipal government wechat public service objects,the author believes that there are problems in Ordos municipal government wechat public service such as delayed information release,lack of effective interaction,insufficient online service function,low quality of published content,unclear development positioning,and inadequate publicity and promotion.Its causes include excessive intervention of administrative orders,weak service consciousness of staff,lack of talent and technical support,low information utilization rate,unclear work objectives,and outdated management ideas.In view of the above problems and reasons,this paper gives specific countermeasures suitable for Ordos government affairs wechat from six aspects: first,strengthen effective interaction;Second,improve the service function;Third,clear positioning and development goals;Fourth,improve the quality of published content;Fifth,strengthen publicity and promotion;Sixth,improve work efficiency.This paper conducted a comprehensive and specific investigation and research on the problems existing in the wechat public service of government affairs in Ordos City from the two aspects of the operation managers and service objects of wechat.The research formed a closed loop,and the conclusions reached were highly targeted and operable,which had practical reference significance for the improvement of the level of wechat public service of government affairs in Ordos City.
