Research On The Factors Affecting The Implementation Of The Three-child Birth Polic

In order to identify the factors that affect the implementation of the three child policy and promote the smooth implementation of the three child policy and its supporting policies,this article takes college students in Heilongjiang Province as the research object,conducts a survey and research on their fertility intentions,interviews some college students,obtains relevant data,and analyzes them in order to identify the factors that affect the implementation of the three child policy.Based on a review of relevant literature at home and abroad,this article makes theoretical assumptions about the factors that affect the implementation of the three child birth policy,and uses public policy theory and theoretical models of public policy implementation as the theoretical basis.Starting from four perspectives: fertility cost,fertility concept,fertility motivation,and policy implementation,this article analyzes the factors that affect the implementation of the three child birth policy,and provides corresponding countermeasures,The purpose is to promote the smooth implementation of the three child policy,so as to better respond to issues such as the aging population and irrational population structure in China,in order to achieve the purpose of issuing and implementing the three child policy.
