Research On The Integration Of Xi Jinping’s Thought On Rule Of Law Into Ideological And Political Education In Universities

As the guiding ideology for the construction of China’s rule of law,Xi Jinping’s thought on the rule of law is an important guarantee for the successful promotion of the comprehensive rule of law.At the same time,as a key course to implement the fundamental task of "establishing moral education",the ideological and political theory course should take up the political task of promoting the "three advances" of Xi Jinping’s thought on rule of law.Therefore,the combination of Xi Jinping’s thought of rule of law and ideological and political education in colleges and universities has an important role in improving the rule of law thinking and literacy of college students and promoting the innovation and development of ideological and political education in colleges and universities.Based on the above background,this paper takes the integration of Xi Jinping’s rule of law thought into the ideological and political education of colleges and universities as the starting point,and carries out the research according to the ideas of "why,how,what and how to integrate,the content and countermeasures of integration".Under the guidance of the four principles of holistic and hierarchical,inheritance and innovation,theoretical and practical,and inculcation and inspiration,part of Xi Jinping’s thought on rule of law is integrated into the ideological and political education of colleges and universities through the ideological and political theory classroom,curriculum thinking and government,extracurricular practice and network thinking and government.How to improve the effect of integrating Xi Jinping’s thought of rule of law in the ideological and political education of colleges and universities and give full play to its educational value of casting soul and nurturing people is an important task for the ideological and political education of colleges and universities in the new era to achieve innovative development.At present,the integration of Xi Jinping rule of law thought into the ideological and political education of colleges and universities has achieved certain effect,but at the same time,it also faces some practical difficulties.This paper tries to analyze the problems and reasons from five dimensions of teaching management,curriculum setting,teaching methods,teaching carriers and teaching environment,and explore the countermeasures for integrating Xi Jinping’s rule of law thought into ideological and political education in colleges and universities.
