The prosperous rule of law makes the country prosperous and strong.Since the 18th CPC National Congress,the CPC Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping at its core has based on the profound changes in the world and the construction of the rule of law in China,and gradually formed Xi Jinping Thought on the Rule of Law with rich connotation,profound discourse,strict logic and complete system.Xi Jinping Thought on the Rule of Law is the wisdom crystallization of the benign interaction between theoretical innovation and practical innovation,which plays an important ideological guiding role for ideological and political education to consolidate the soul and keep innovation in the new era.Xi Jinping Thought on the Rule of Law in cultivating ideological and political education in universities is not only the meaning of cultivating new people of both morality and law,the steady and lasting progress of ideological and political education work in colleges and universities,but also the practical issue of improving the legal literacy of the people and helping the comprehensive construction of the rule of law.Therefore,colleges and universities should actively respond to the call,comprehensively strengthen the leadership of the party of education work,adhere to the rule of law thought lead,adhere to khalid ents,strengthen school ideological and political education work,the full implementation of the rule of law practice and explore popular,diverse specific teaching forms,build,highlight time characteristics of the talent training system of the rule of law with Chinese characteristics.We will further promote the implementation of Xi Jinping Thought on the Rule of Law into our minds and hearts,stimulate faith,inspire inspiration and draw strength from the study of the rule of law,constantly enhance the confidence,backbone and ambition of college students,and achieve the goal of comprehensively improving the ideological and moral quality and scientific and cultural quality of college students.Based on the above judgment,the research theme of "Study on Cultivating the Ideological and Political Education in Universities with Xi Jinping Thought on the Rule of Law" is determined.This paper consists of four chapters of introduction and text,and follows the logical idea of "theoretical discussion--logical analysis--review of status quo--sound path" to carry out the theoretical research and practical exploration of the research theme.The introduction part mainly reveals the reasons of research,analyzes the current situation of research,and expounds the ideas of research.Chapter I summarizes the cultivating the Ideological and Political Education in Universities with Xi Jinping Thought on the Rule of Law.First of all,the core essence and spiritual essence of Xi Jinping Thought on the Rule of Law are explained from the theoretical aspect.Secondly,the value implication of cultivating the Ideological and Political Education in Universities with Xi Jinping Thought on the Rule of Law should be clarified from the aspects of fundamental guarantee,subject construction and goal orientation.The second chapter mainly discusses the logic of cultivating the Ideological and Political Education in Universities with Xi Jinping Thought on the Rule of Law.From the aspects of generation logic,value logic and realistic logic,in order to fully show the logic and feasibility of cultivating the Ideological and Political Education in Universities with Xi Jinping Thought on the Rule of Law,and give full play to the educational advantages of this thought in integrating ideological,political,development and practice.The third chapter is analysis on the current situation of cultivating the Ideological and Political Education in Universities with Xi Jinping Thought on the Rule of Law.First of all,through the qualitative research and case analysis,Xi Jinping Thought on the Rule of Law on the cultivation of ideological and political education in the classroom teaching,the rule of law practice,etc,and the ideological course position construction,college students,the rule of law resources mining need to continue to improve.Secondly,the systematic and comprehensive research method is used to analyze the current shortcomings from the aspects of main factors,educational content,educational methods and cultural functions.Chapter IV exploring the way of cultivating the Ideological and Political Education in Universities with Xi Jinping Thought on the Rule of Law.Follow the principle of theory with practice,from the thought lead,teaching reform,field development and cultural edification,involving classroom teaching,practice,cultural conservation,network development,system evaluation and other specific aspects,in order to for cultivating the Ideological and Political Education in Universities with Xi Jinping Thought on the Rule of Law provides certain feasible strategy,earnestly condensed college students’ value consensus,improve the rule of law literacy.
