Activity curriculum is the life of young pioneers.Political enlightenment activity curriculum is the main development path to strengthen the party’s political guidance and promote the political socialization of young pioneers according to the characteristics of young pioneers.Take the activity curriculum as the carrier to achieve the purpose of political enlightenment to young pioneers.Taking the young pioneers and young pioneers’ co unselors in S Province as the main research object,this study mainly uses the methods of questionnaire and interview to investigate,study and analyze the curriculum objectives,curriculum implementation,curriculum guarantee and curriculum evaluation of the political enlightenment curriculum of young pioneers.Generally speaking,the situation is good,but there are grade differences,gender differences and students’ origin differences.The vast majority of counselors independently undertake the design and organization of the curriculum,and take cultivating the political emotion and political consciousness of young pioneers as the main curriculum goal,but the teaching materials,funds,venues and resources can not be guaranteed in the process of implementation.Specifically,the recognition degree of curriculum objectives is low,the subjectivity is missing,the stage is not obvious,and the discussion is insufficient;In the course of curriculum implementation,group differences are ignored,counselors’ professionalism is insufficient,and the supervision system is not perfect;The curriculum development source power is insufficient,the mechanism is not perfect,and the resource development is insufficient,which can not guarantee the curriculum development;The main difficulties faced by the political enlightenment course of young pioneers are the insufficient participation of evaluation subjects,the non-standard evaluation process and the single evaluation method.The reasons for the problems are: the cognitive ability,the degree of specialization and the concept of autonomous learning of counselors need to be improved;School curriculum objectives,curriculum organization and leadership,curriculum guarantee and curriculum evaluation need to be optimized;The leading institutions of young pioneers need to strengthen the standardization of curriculum construction,counselor training,evaluation and supervision mechanism.In view of these problems,it is proposed that counselors should adhere to the student standard and build an interactive relationship with young pioneers;Improve their professional quality and promote professional development;Adopt multiple evaluation subjects.Schools should be realistic and pragmatic and reform the curriculum system.Accurate positioning with "generative goals";"Process model" curriculum implementation orientation;"Emotional orientation" creates target temperature;"Political socialization" creates content depth;"Target achievement mode" strengthens the evaluation;At the same time,build a "home school source" communication platform to ensure curriculum validity.The leading organization of the young pioneers needs to discuss regularly and supervise the effectiveness of the course in real time;Strengthen the in-depth training of counselors and other corresponding suggestions.
