The effect of education is a long-term,process and repetition process,which needs to focus on solving a student's growth problem through time.The series of activities of the Young Pioneers can promote the sustained and long-term development of the students and make the educational value of the Young Pioneers' activities more profound by carrying out the targeted,planned,and series of activities of the Young Pioneers.Based on the above reasons,this paper will explore the series of activities of the Young Pioneers.Taking action research as main research method,interview method and physical analysis method as auxiliary research method.This paper is divided into four steps: the first step,through combing the related concepts of the series of activities of the Young Pioneers in primary schools,to clarify the characteristics of the series of activities of the Young Pioneers,and to explain the significance of the series of activities.Summarize the principles and design steps of series activity design.The second step,early preparation.With the help of interviews,the problems in the design of wetland activities in S primary school were diagnosed,and a series of Young Pioneers activities were designed to solve the problems of wetland activities in S Primary School.Step three,start the first round of action research.In this stage,we try to solve the problems existing in the process of wetland activities,and stimulate them through different forms and contents of activities.The enthusiasm of students to participate.However,there are some new problems in the process of implementation: the types of children exploring wetland plants are concentrated,the division of small captains is not clear in the process of activities,and the corresponding evaluation incentive mechanism is lacking.Activity design and life are not closely related to the lack of experience link;in the process of carrying out the activities,parents are overburdened.The fourth step,based on the problems existing in the first round of action research,the program of activities is revised and the revised programme of activities is implemented in the second round.Through the implementation of the two-round program,the Young Pioneers both from the cognitive and behavioral changes.Through collaboration and learning with teamcounsellors,The design of the series of sexual activities of team counselors also has some inspiration,and the initiative to create wetland activities as a characteristic curriculum of the school.It is found that practical experience can promote the transformation of children's ideology better than moral preaching;a clear and meticulous division of labor is an effective guarantee for the implementation of the series of activities of the Young Pioneers;the design and implementation of the series of activities should fully integrate various resources;The series of Young Pioneers' activities is an effective way to deepen the educational effect of the Young Pioneers' activities,and the action research is an effective means to enhance the instructors' ability of activity design.
