The organization of young pioneers is the main position of ideological education for the majority of children.The participation of the young pioneers is the core index to measure the work of the young pioneers.Respecting and encouraging children's subjective participation is the starting point and basis of the young pioneers activities.How to effectively improve the participation of young pioneers is the focus of scholars' research in recent years.With the work of the young pioneers getting more and more attention,in the activities of the young pioneers especially pay attention to the participation of children's subjectivity,create an active participation environment,stimulate the enthusiasm of students to participate.However,under the influence of regional economic development in China,it is found that the participation of young pioneers in urban and rural primary schools is quite different in many aspects.Based on the current situation of the participation of young pioneers in eight urban and rural primary schools in B city,this study firstly conducts a comparative analysis of the cognitive participation,behavioral participation and emotional participation of the young pioneers.Through data analysis,it is concluded that the participation of young pioneers in urban and rural primary schools in this region is at a high level on the whole,and there are significant differences in cognitive participation and affective participation in urban and rural primary schools,while there are no significant differences in behavioral participation in urban and rural primary schools.Secondly,based on the phenomenon of the difference in the participation of the young pioneers in urban and rural areas,the reasons are analyzed from three perspectives: firstly,the environment of the young pioneers in urban and rural areas is different;secondly,the resource allocation of the young pioneers in urban and rural primary schools is unbalanced;thirdly,there are differences in the concept of the activities of the young pioneers in urban and rural primary schools.On this basis,according to the present urban and rural primary school the young pioneers activities team participation difference,putforward the coping strategies,mainly includes constructing fair science education guarantee mechanism of resource distribution,the young pioneers activities in the implementation of the design of the urban and rural characteristic path to explore,build scientific and rational players to participate in the evaluation system of the young pioneers activities,promote the development of urban and rural elementary school counselors continually.It is hoped that through the above four aspects of countermeasure research,the difference between the participation of the young pioneers in urban and rural primary schools can be narrowed,and the overall level of the participation of the young pioneers in this area can be effectively improved.
