Research On The Problems And Countermeasures Of Industrial Product Quality Supervision From The Perspective Of Collaborative Governance

Product quality is an important indicator of national economic and social development.It comes from "supervision" and also requires "collaborative governance" of all parties.From the perspective of collaborative governance,the participation of enterprises and society is also an important part of the governance framework.This paper mainly discusses the problems and causes of industrial product quality supervision based on the synergy theory from the perspectives of government cross regional collaboration,department collaboration,government enterprise collaboration and government society collaboration,and looks for the methods and Countermeasures to solve the problems.For a long time,China has adopted the government led supervision mode for market supervision.However,with the continuous progress of society,the core of the concept of product quality supervision is to fully protect the rights and interests of consumers and achieve the maximum supervision effect at the minimum cost.Enterprises and social forces can use their own advantages to supervise the product quality,so as to realize the real-time,economic and high efficiency that the government supervision does not have.From the perspective of collaborative governance,to improve the quality supervision of industrial products,we should solve the obstacles of cross regional collaboration by optimizing the regional collaboration system and mechanism,perfecting the coordination and linkage mechanism and perfecting the collaborative responsibility mechanism;By improving the centripetal force of department collaborative governance,giving play to the positive role of"key minority" leaders,improving the professional level and professional ability of law enforcement personnel,and strengthening conflict resolution and management to solve the problems that are difficult to deepen department collaboration;By building the value target community of government and enterprises,establishing the trust relationship between the government and enterprises,and promoting enterprises to improve their quality awareness,brand awareness and innovation awareness,we can solve the problem of difficult coordination between government and enterprises;By building a collaborative governance technology system and enhancing the driving role of consumers and the media,we can solve the problem that it is difficult to promote social synergy.From the perspective of collaborative governance,this paper studies various paths of industrial product quality supervision,and re sorts out the participants,methods and effects of industrial product quality supervision,which has reference significance for optimizing the quality supervision system and improving the quality supervision pattern.
