In recent years,with the rapid development of social and economic development and optimization of the business environment,the main subjects in the market has been a steady rise in the overall number,market scale expands gradually,the market structure is optimized,the growing number of market main subjects shows that our country market economy maintained steady development trend,but also puts forward higher requirements for China’s market supervision ability and level.As an important market supervision method,credit supervision has long become an important means to control market order and regulate market economy in western countries with increasingly sound credit system,while in some areas of China,especially in some county cities,it is still in the initial stage,facing various practical difficulties such as imbalance of subject coordination,lack of coordination mechanism,and true coordination objectives.Therefore,it is of practical significance to study the credit supervision of county market entities to promote the development of credit supervision and improve the credit supervision system in China.This paper selects County B of Guangxi,which has a large population base and a large number of market subjects,as the research object,firstly defines the concept of collaborative governance theory to clarify the theoretical analysis framework of collaborative governance theory,and analyzes the inherent fit between collaborative governance and credit supervision,then understands the actual situation of credit supervision of market subjects in County B through reviewing data and interviewing and researching,from which we explore the dilemma of credit supervision of market subjects in County B and analyze its deep causes.We then explore the dilemma of credit regulation in County B and analyze its deep-seated causes,while focusing on the comparison and analysis of the regulatory dilemma of credit regulation of different types of market subjects in the county,and finally propose the improvement path of credit regulation of market subjects in County B from the perspective of collaborative governance in four dimensions: goal,mechanism,behavior and technology,so as to improve the collaborative governance mechanism of credit regulation of various types of market subjects in China,and at the same time enrich the research of credit regulation of market subjects in China.system. |
