Research On The Supervision Of Yinchuan City Network Commodity Trading Market

In recent years,with the advancement of Internet technology,Taobao,Meituan,Jitterbug and other types of e-commerce platforms have emerged,and online commodity trading has gradually penetrated comprehensively from commodity circulation and logistics to various industries,which has contributed to the rapid development of the market economy.However,due to the cross-regional,hidden and easily tampered characteristics of the network itself,false propaganda,counterfeiting,trademark infringement,online marketing and unfair competition frequently occur in the process of online commodity trading,which not only infringe on the legitimate rights and interests of consumers,but also bring a more difficult challenge to the government.Based on government regulation theory and collaborative governance theory,this paper takes the regulation of online commodity transactions in Yinchuan City as the research object and selects the perspective of Yinchuan City Market Supervision Administration,the main institution for regulating online commodities in Yinchuan City,by using literature research method,comparative research method and interview survey,literature research and survey analysis,a research method To explore the development of online commodity trading in Yinchuan City and the current situation of supervision,and analyze the problems and causes of online commodity trading in Yinchuan City from five aspects:the use of laws,the construction of supervisory team,supervisory ability,the effect of cooperative supervision,and the construction of credit supervision system.On the basis of this,by drawing reference from the supervision mode and experience of some developed countries and the domestic cities of Hangzhou,Shanghai and Xiamen,and combining with the supervision reality of Yinchuan City,we put forward optimized countermeasures for the supervision of Yinchuan City’s online commodity trading market in five aspects:sound trading laws and regulations,cultivation of professional supervisory team,improvement of supervisory technology,enhancement of cooperative supervisory ability,and improvement of credit supervision,with a view to providing To provide theoretical and practical reference value for the supervision of network commodity trading market in Yinchuan City.
