Research On Countermeasures Of Illegal Traffic Of Electric Bicycle

Because of its high environmental friendliness,convenient use and low cost,electric bicycle has become a popular means of transportation for many citizens.However,with the "uncontrolled" growth of the existing stock of electric bicycles in a city,the non-standard use of some citizens,and the failure to follow up the relevant supporting policies and management measures in a timely manner,a large number of traffic violations have been triggered,and even property losses and casualties have been caused.The treatment of traffic violations of electric bicycle is gradually becoming the focus of local government departments.Based on the theories of urban public transport operation and management,urban road system planning and traffic management,this paper studies the traffic violations existing in electric bicycles in G City,through reading literature,designing questionnaires,conducting in-depth interviews with electric bicycle users and road order maintenance personnel,case analysis,etc,It is found that the traffic violations of electric bicycles in G city mainly include driving on the motor vehicle lane,speeding and not driving according to the lane guidance.The main reasons for the traffic violations of electric bicycles are the imperfect slow driving system in G City,the weak traffic safety awareness and law-abiding awareness of electric bicycle drivers,as well as the imperfect current electric bicycle management laws and regulations in G city The implementation and cooperation of department responsibilities are not close,etc.Finally,by analyzing and learning from the treatment experience of electric bicycle traffic violations in Suzhou,Nanning and Germany,this paper puts forward the treatment countermeasures of electric bicycle road traffic violations in G City,including formulating and improving electric bicycle management policies and regulations,standardizing sales source management,strengthening supporting basic management and establishing countermeasures landing guarantee mechanism,etc.
