Research On The Problems And Countermeasures Of Collaborative Governance Of Electric Bicycle Traffic Safety In Yangzhou City

Since the 21st century,science and technology,especially new energy technology,have been advancing.The continuous breakthroughs and innovations in battery technology have led to the vigorous development of the electric bicycle industry.At present,electric bicycles have gradually become an indispensable part of China’s urban transportation system.The rapid development of electric bicycles has also brought convenience to people’s daily life.As a populous city,Yangzhou City,with the rapid development of the city,the rise of the distribution and logistics industry,and the continuous increase of migrant workers,has made electric bicycles increasingly widely used.Due to the rapid development of electric bicycles,various problems have also emerged in endlessly.Throughout the country,the proportion of traffic violations and accidents caused by electric bicycles continues to increase,The traffic safety issue of electric bicycles has become a pain point and difficulty in contemporary traffic safety management work.It is difficult to achieve good governance results relying on laws and regulations promulgated by the government,and it is also difficult to achieve results only through the main force of a single government department.In recent years,the proposal and development of collaborative governance theory has played a good role in promoting the resolution of various public management issues in local governments,and can also be an effective attempt to solve the traffic safety problems of electric bicycles.This article mainly studies the collaborative governance of electric bicycle traffic safety in the urban area of Yangzhou City,fully utilizes the practical significance of the collaborative governance theory in the management of electric bicycle road traffic safety in Yangzhou City,and expounds the problems existing in the management of electric bicycle traffic safety in the urban area of Yangzhou City,such as weak awareness of drivers,uncontrolled vehicle management,high incidence of traffic accidents,and low level of collaborative governance.Based on the analysis of the causes of relevant issues,and by drawing on the advanced theories and governance experiences of domestic and foreign scholars,this paper conducts in-depth analysis of the problems existing in the collaborative governance of electric bicycle traffic safety in the urban area of Yangzhou City.Finally,the analysis is conducted from the perspective of the four governance entities,namely,the government,enterprises,social organizations,and the public,making full use of the relevant theories of collaborative governance,and focusing on the goal of improving governance efficiency and effectiveness,Propose optimized countermeasures and suggestions for the current situation of collaborative management of electric bicycle traffic safety in Yangzhou City.For example,strengthening the collaborative participation of government departments,motivating enterprises to actively participate,coordinating the synchronous participation of social organizations,and guiding the public to actively participate.
