If the nation is to be revitalized,the countryside will be revitalized.The rural revitalization strategy was first proposed by General Secretary Xi Jinping in his report to the 19th CPC National Congress on Oct 18,2017.We must always make solving these issues a top priority in the Party’s work.After China achieved a comprehensive victory in poverty alleviation in 2021,General Secretary Xi Jinping has put forward new requirements for rural development,namely,the comprehensive implementation of rural revitalization,which is a historic shift in the focus of work related to agriculture,rural areas and farmers.People are the primary resource of rural revitalization.In order for rural areas to achieve the goals of flourishing industries,livable ecology,civilized local customs,effective governance and prosperous life,people’s participation is indispensable.Therefore,talent revitalization should be placed in the primary position of rural revitalization.As an important force of anti-urbanization,the return of rural elites has brought demographic dividend to rural development and played a very important role in promoting new economic growth points and reforming the hollow structure of rural social labor force outflow.It is of great practical significance to analyze the effectiveness of the return of the new village elites to rural governance and how to guide the elites to return to their hometown and start their own businesses,for the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy,the formation of the institutional framework and the construction of a new social governance system.By defining the three core concepts of rural revitalization,township sage and new township sage,and systematically sorting out the applied theories,this paper provides a theoretical basis for the study of new township sage’s participation in rural revitalization.On this basis,in order to make the research more figurative and facilitate the posterity of the content of the reference and use,through the investigation,field is demonstrated by the loose end song xing tun village as a case analysis of this article,through field investigation,docking with the local village and get a great deal of firsthand material,the pine song xing tun village nearly a decade of development conducted in-depth research.From a relatively representative specific case,this paper studies and analyzes the current problems faced by new villagers participating in rural revitalization: and analyzes the reasons,and discusses the feasibility path of new villagers participating in rural revitalization.Overall,explore new follow villager as a new force to participate in the country revitalization of the path is a good start,it is to promote the strategy of rejuvenating rural landing provides new ideas,to inherit and carry forward Chinese excellent traditional culture,to modernize the rural governance capacity,to promote the progress of urban and rural coordination in hand and common development.
