Research On The Embedded Community Home-based Elderly Care Service Mode

Since entering the 21 st century,the aging degree of our country has been more and more serious,and the increase in the number of disabled,semi-disabled and empty-nest elderly has brought new challenges to the elderly care industry.In order to solve the new contradiction between supply and demand of old-age care,all sectors of society have gradually taken the measure of upgrading the service model of old-age into their consideration.Chinese government clearly requires the establishment of home-based elderly care.An old-age service system is the foundation,supported by community old-age care,supplement with institutional old-age care,and combined with medical care,could build a diversified old-age service model to meet the needs of different groups of people for the elderly.At the same time,in order to adapt to the changing needs of the elderly,the "embedded" elderly care service model has emerged.This elderly care service model mainly embeds professional elderly care institutions in community home care services,which can provide the elderly with strong professional community full-care services and household services;in addition,the community care center will be opened to provide full-service elderly care services to the elderly.The aspect and multilevel services have successfully solved the questions faced by the classical elderly care service model,and conformed to the future development trend of the elderly care in China.However,despite the development of the community "embedded" elderly care service model is rapidly growing up,and it also fits the diversified needs of a considerable part of the elderly in elderly care,due to its relatively short development time,there are only few mature cases that can be used for reference,and also lack of research results in line with national conditions,many problems will inevitably be exposed during the actually operation.This paper is mainly based on the theory of social embeddedness and pluralistic governance theory,and uses questionnaire surveys and literature research method to study the elderly care situation in N District,Nanchang City,and finds that there are many problems in the process of promoting this model,and addresses the existing problems,puts forward specific strategy suggestions.The research is mainly carried out from the following aspects:The first is studying related theories and concepts.By consulting related materials and policies,the concepts of existing home care and embedded community home care are clarified;and the theoretical content involved in this article is summarized,mainly including social embedded theory and new public service theory,which build a excellent foundation for the study of this article;The second is to analyze the current status of elderly care services for the elderly in N District,Nanchang City.Through the application of questionnaire surveys,we can basically understand the elderly care services for the elderly in this district,and analyze existing problems through the data;The third is to summarize and analyze the experience in the construction of the domestic embedded home care service model,and learn positive parts from it to provide experience and help to the home care service model of N District in Nanchang City;The fourth is to explore and analyze the questions existing in the process of building embedded elderly care service model in N District,Nanchang City,and propose countermeasures for specific problems.The embedded elderly care service model in the community has multiple advantages,such as meeting the actual needs of the elderly,making full use of resources and policy support.However,because such a model has not yet fully developed and matured,it is inevitable that there will be some problems in the application process.Through the research and investigation of this article,it is hoped that it can provide a theoretical basis for the development of embedded community home care services in N District,Nanchang.
