In the background of the rural revitalization strategy and the the support of central government to Zhejiang to be a high-quality development and construction of common prosperity demonstration zone,to do a research on the influencing factors and countermeasures of job burnout among grassroots civil servants in Town B County T.By reading a large number of domestic and foreign literature,the questionnaire surveyed 48 grassroots civil servants in Town B,County T,and interviewed 10 civil servants in Town B,and then analyzed data on the questionnaire survey data with SPSSAU.Comprehensive investigation shows that job burnout generally exits in the grass roots civil servants in town B County T.Combined with the "stress source theory" proposed by Robbins,the specific reasons were analyzed from three aspects: environmental factors,organizational factors and personal factors.And I found that there are many factors causing the job burnout of grassroots civil servants,authority decline of the government,prejudice of the public,frequent supervision and examination,formalist,unbalance between work and family,all of these can cause job burnout.Combined with the above factors and the appropriate methods,from the social,organizational,individual levels to alleviate the job burnout of grass roots civil servants.Many previous studies have only focused on burnout among sercive industry,and paid less attention to burnout among grassroots civil servants.Therefore,research on the influencing factors and countermeasures of job burnout among grassroots civil servants in Town B County T not only can widen the research content,object area and theory,but also provide solutions to alleviate the physical and mental health problems of grass roots civil servants,and stimulate the work enthusiasm of them and improve their work efficiency.It can also provide guidance for grass-level leading civil servants to formulate personnel management measures,and conduct more scientific and effective management.It can also provide reference for the superior departments to formulate all kinds of assessment methods,to avoid the assessment methods cannot be implemented.
