Research On Occupational Stress And Relief Strategies Of Female Prison Police Officer

Prison is a transformation,through transformation,cut off all criminal cancer.It is also an important part of the construction of "safe China",prison police is an indispensable part of constructing of “safe China “.They play an important role in reforming prisoners and letting them return to society.In 2020,the State Council issued the approval of the Chinese People’s Police Day,decided from 2021,set up January 10 as the Chinese People’s Police Day.The prison people’s police is a special class of police in the sequence of the people’s police.Prison police officers are also known as prison officers.They must pass the civil servant selection examination and belong to the administrative establishment of civil servants.Prison officers are mainly distributed in prisons,youth management centers,drug rehabilitation centers and other units.They are important personnel engaged in prison management,punishment execution,reform and education,and drug correction.For the state and the public,the prison people’s police are the group that has made great contributions and are an important part of China’s people’s police force.They serve as the hard work of teaching and guarding prisoners.Many prisoners are women,in order to facilitate management and set up a special female prison,also recruited the corresponding female prison police,prison female police is an important personnel of female prisoners,due to the particularity of the prison work and environment,prison female police generally bear great work pressure,help them understand the sources and causes of work pressure and also influence factors,and put forward the corresponding mitigation strategies and measures to better into the work which has great significance,and has become an important topic of the current public management.According to relevant data,since the birth of new China,about10,000 police officers have been brave in China,about 100,000 police officers injured and more than 3,700 police officers rated as martyrs.Chinese police sacrifice more than400 people a year.Their average age is 46.3 years old.Of every 10 police officers,one comrade will be wounded on duty,or of every 100 people,one comrade will die on duty.So far,the police profession has squeezed into one of the 10 most dangerous occupations in China,listed as high-risk.At present,China pays little attention to the professional pressure of prison female police,and a very few only start from the psychological and family aspects.Therefore,the study of prison female police occupational pressure and relieve the professional pressure of prison female police has become a very important work,can be said,only pay attention to the physical and mental health of female police,relieve the negative impact of professional pressure,to better undertake the responsibility of transforming criminals,to better serve the prison system.The research subjects of this paper were selected as the prison female police in Chongqing Women’s Prison,And by the basis of previous human research,looking through the relevant literature,building the theoretical framework of police professional pressure.Occupational stress of prison female police was studied by questionnaires and interviews,field investigation and analysis of occupational stress in prison female police.To understand the current situation of the occupational pressure of the prison female police.And the spss data processing found that the prison’s prison female police had overall more pressure,Analyze the sources and causes of occupational pressure in prison female police from working factors to non-working factors,including the prison work itself,the organization and management,the social support,and the prison female police themselves,And from these four causes to put forward targeted mitigation measures.
