With the development of economy and society,China’s public security situation is becoming increasingly complicated.As the vanguard and main force in safeguarding national security and social stability,protecting the personal and property safety of citizens,and preventing,punishing and cracking down on all kinds of illegal and criminal activities,the people’s police shoulder important responsibilities and missions,and are facing great pressure and challenges.Public security work is a profession with both risks and hardships.People’s police will bear more social responsibility and work pressure than other professionals.Long-term psychological pressure and physical burden will wear down the enthusiasm of the police and make the police’s professional happiness continuously decline,which will indirectly affect the social stability and stability.Therefore,it is urgent to study the problem of relieving the working pressure of police.This paper takes the grass-roots police with the widest coverage of the police force as the main research object,takes the police in district C of fuzhou city as the sample,and through the sampling questionnaire survey and interview method,scientifically analyzes the occupational pressure of grassroots police,namely: occupational task pressure,occupational relationship pressure,police internal management,social and family pressure;And look for the reasons of the basic-level police occupational stress,namely:expect too much of yourself poor,personal ability is insufficient,personal health,poor interpersonal relationship,family relationship is not harmonious,work hard,dangerous,complex operation,the public do not understand,does not support of society,welfare treatment is poor,difficult to rank promotion,evaluation mechanism injustice,non-public security and social intercourse;From the perspective of public management,three reasonable countermeasures are put forward.The second is to construct the organization to reduce the burden of the public security police slow release countermeasures;The third is to construct the social tolerance of the public security police slow release strategy.
