At present,my country is in a critical period of reform and social transformation.The international and domestic situation is relatively severe and complex,the social ideology is complex,the stakeholders are diversified,and the values are diversified,resulting in increasingly prominent social contradictions,and the professional honor of specific personnel is also Huge changes ensued.As the country’s punishment enforcement agency,prisons educate and reform criminals in accordance with laws and regulations,and maintain social order and stability.From the perspective of the external environment,the trend of crimes is increasingly diverse and complex,showing stronger mobility and organization,which brings huge pressure to prison work.And challenges,the prison police also shoulder more heavy work tasks.From the perspective of the internal environment,the prison police bear greater work pressure and risks than most other professions.In the long run,it is easy to lead to changes in the psychological state and behavior,thus weakening the professional honor of the prison police to varying degrees..Strengthening the research on the professional honor of the prison police is not only conducive to the prison work to obtain social support,but also to the construction of the prison police team and the improvement of the prison police’s own quality.Therefore,it is extremely necessary and timely to study the current situation and promotion countermeasures of the professional honor of the prison police.The purpose of this paper is to study the reasons that affect the professional honor of prison police and the corresponding countermeasures,in order to improve the professional identity and professional honor of prison police.On the basis of discussing the background,research significance and research content of the selected topic,starting with explaining the relevant theories of prison police professional honor,this paper tries to analyze the connotation,constituent elements,function and theoretical basis of prison police professional honor.The research object of this paper is the police of C prison in Fujian Province.by issuing questionnaires and conducting interviews,this paper studies and analyzes the relevant situation of the professional honor of the prison police.Based on the analysis of the performance and influence of the weakening of the professional honor of the prison police,this paper analyzes the reasons for the weakening of the professional honor of the prison police from the social environment,prison work,individual police and other relevant factors,and on this basis,puts forward the countermeasures to cultivate the professional honor of the prison police,so as to promote the regularization,specialization and professionalization of the prison police team.In order to improve the level and quality of prison management,education and reform of criminals,and promote the construction of the rule of law in the country.
