| Under the background of promoting the rule of law in an all-round way,the judicial reform is also proceeding steadily and orderly,and the judicial system has clearly defined the goal of actively building a prison under the rule of law.Ruling the country according to law is a prerequisite for ensuring the long-term stability and stability of the country.Therefore,the construction of prisons ruled by law is also an important measure to fully implement the rule of law.In order to further promote the construction of prisons under the rule of law,we must make every effort to build a prison team with excellent quality.Therefore,as the executive of prison management,prison police not only shoulder an important mission,but also face enormous challenges.Prison police is a special kind of police in the people’s police.It is also the main force in the execution of the national penalty.However,because of the particularity of the prison police’s own occupational characteristics,such as the boring working environment,the remote work place,the heavy labor intensity,the high working risk,and the imperfect organization management system and the low social acceptance,it is easy to cause their own occupation.Manchu,and prison police job satisfaction,directly related to the prison police work enthusiasm,initiative and creativity,but also related to the safe and stable development of prisons,therefore,we must pay enough attention to the prison police job satisfaction.This paper takes the job satisfaction of prison police in Tangshan area as the starting point,through questionnaire survey,on-the-spot interview,literature research and theoretical learning and other research and evaluation methods,investigates the current situation of the job satisfaction of prison police in Tangshan area,understands and grasps the specific performance of grass-roots prison police in work and physical and mental aspects,and to find out the problems existing in the job satisfaction of prison police in Tangshan area,the causes of job satisfaction of prison police in Tangshan area are found from five aspects: working conditions,organizational management,organizational culture,self-realization and rights and interests protection,and specific measures to improve job satisfaction of prison police are put forward. |
