Study On Relief Mechanism Of Occupational Pressure In Prison Police

The prison police shoulder the education and reform of criminals and have the responsibility to maintain social stability.The occupational pressure of this group is directly related to the health and work efficiency of the prison police,and further affects the quality of the reform of criminals,the orderly implementation of prison safety management,and so on.Based on this,this paper takes A prison as the research object,through the investigation of the present situation and influencing factors of the prison police’s professional pressure,understands the performance of the prison police’s work pressure for a long time and the influencing factors that lead to the work pressure.Firstly,this paper designed and tested the questionnaire of the present situation of professional pressure of prison police,selected A prison police to carry on the questionnaire,through the descriptive statistical analysis of the questionnaire: the pressure of work itself,the pressure of professional development,the pressure of organization operation and the pressure of social environment;the difference analysis of demographic variables in occupational pressure shows that there are significant gender stress in social environment,men face greater social environmental pressure than women,and there are significant differences in occupational development pressure among prison police of different ages.There is no significant difference in professional pressure between different police age and marital status at all levels of prison police.Secondly,through the analysis of the professional pressure of the prison police,it is put forward that the professional pressure faced by the prison police at present mainly comes from the professional itself,the organizational management system and the social support.The professional pressure of prison police is manifested in: the pressure of work itself,the pressure of career development,the pressure of social environment,the pressure of organization and operation,the pressure of interpersonal relationship handling And personal ability pressure.Analysis of influencing factors of professional pressure of A prison police mainly includes subjective factors and objective factors.Subjective factors are mainly reflected in: individual cognition and competence of work and balance between individual and family relationship;objective factors,including: the influence of work itself,the influence from leaders and colleagues,the influence of work environment and the influence of work and future development.Finally,this paper puts forward some strategies to deal with prison police’s professional pressure from strengthening their own management,creating a good social environment for prison police,strengthening the professional management of prison police and improving the level of prison management.It is of great theoretical and practical significance for the judicial administration to provide some reference for the public policy formulation in the fields of prison management mechanism and prison police organization and management.
