Study On Psychological Stress And Relief Of People's Police In Z Prison Of L Province

The main function of a prison is to reform and reform criminals,prevent and reducecrimes,and assume the responsibility of social security and stability.In recent years,with the rapid development of the society,the progress of the overall civilization,the continuous improvement of the legal construction level of the country,and the rapid development of the we-media era,the "closed" and "mysterious" state prisons have gradually entered people's attention.Prison was the specific work of the people's police responsible for performing,working environment is very single,in the face of the workloads,in the day to day work in the same content at the same time,more have to face more and more social attention and supervision,thus make the prison about the various effects of the people's police produced different kinds of psychological stress and psychological problems.Taking Z prison in L province as the research scope,this paper systematically studies the psychological pressure status of the prison's people's police,and proposes countermeasures to alleviate the psychological pressure.Firstly,the source of psychological pressure of the prison police was investigated and summarized through questionnaire survey and interview survey,so as to make an overall understanding of the psychological pressure of the prison police in Z,L province.Then,the investigation results of psychological pressure and pressure source of the people's police in Z prison were summarized and classified to clarify the types of psychological pressure and pressure source.Thirdly,based on the results of the investigation,the causes of this situation are analyzed in depth.Finally,the author puts forward countermeasures and Suggestions to fundamentally alleviate the psychological pressure of the prison police.Through the above research,it is found that the number of prison people's police who have psychological pressure is on the rise,and at the same time,it is young.Most prison people's police have a single way and method to relieve psychological pressure,and the effect is not obvious.It can be found that the existing judicial system,increasing social attention and occupational risk,ideological concept and team building are the main reasons.Therefore,specific countermeasures such as advancing prison system reform,strengthening occupational protection,transforming ideology and strengthening team building are proposed.
