| The problem of excessive burden on primary school students has always restricted the development of basic education in our country and has aroused the great attention of the party and the government.The state has successively issued a series of policies and regulations to actively promote the work of reducing the burden on primary school students,but the actual effect of reducing the burden is not optimistic.Since the new era,the problem of reducing the burden on primary school students is still one of the hottest topics in society,and at present,the "double reduction" work is in full swing,which is directly related to the continuous deepening of the reform of China’s education system,accelerating the process of educational modernization,and running a satisfactory education for the people.Therefore,we urgently need to understand the current situation of the implementation deviation of the primary school students’ burden reduction policy,analyze the problems,prescribe the right medicine,effectively break through the practical dilemma of the burden reduction of primary school students,and solve the biggest constraint hindering the development of basic education in China.On the basis of the questionnaire survey method as the most fundamental research method,this paper mainly conducts a questionnaire survey on the implementation of the primary school student "double reduction" policy in 6representative primary schools in W County of Jiangxi Province,and then conducts a study on the implementation bias of the primary school student burden reduction policy in the new era.The paper is divided into five parts.The first part is introduction.Introduce the background of the topic selection of this paper,explain the significance of the topic selection,summarize the research status of domestic and foreign scholars on the implementation bias of the primary school students’ burden reduction policy,and clarify the main content,research ideas and research methods of this topic.The second part is an overview of the implementation of the policy of reducing the burden on primary school students.First of all,the connotation of the burden reduction policy for primary school students and its implementation is clarified,and then the theoretical basis used in the implementation of specific policies is explained in combination with the knowledge of policy analysis and implementation of public administration majors.The third part is a review and analysis of the policy of reducing the burden of primary school students.It focuses on the policy of reducing the burden on primary school students in many time periods before the 1960 s,the 1980 s and 1990 s,the beginning of the 21 st century and the new era,and summarizes and analyzes the development process of the policy of reducing the burden on primary school students.The fourth part is the investigation and analysis of the implementation of the policy of reducing the burden on primary school students in W County of Jiangxi Province.A questionnaire on the implementation of the primary school student "double reduction" policy in W county of Jiangxi Province is designed,and the current situation of the implementation deviation of the burden reduction policy for primary school students in W County of Jiangxi Province is analyzed according to the results of the questionnaire,and the causes of the deviation are analyzed.In the fifth part,the primary school student burden reduction policy implements the improvement strategy.Combined with the basic theory,in view of the problems and their causes,combined with the actual situation of Jiangxi Province and W County,suggestions for improvement are put forward for the implementation of the policy of reducing the burden of primary school students. |
