Study On Problems And Countermeasures Of Outdoor Advertising Governance In Xinbei District Of Changzhou City

With the continuous improvement of China’s market economic system and remarkable economic development,the urbanization process is accelerating.Urban governance,especially the governance of outdoor advertising,directly affects the quality of life of residents.In accordance with the laws and regulations,through different means to reduce illegal outdoor advertising and stem new outdoor advertising is part of the government social governance work.In outdoor advertising governance,the government need to establish a mechanism of coordination between departments,at the same time,the public,industry association and other multivariate main body participation is also very important.In recent years,with the promotion of special renovation of outdoor advertising,the city appearance renovation around Metro Line 1 and the creation of boutique streets,the outdoor advertising governance of Changzhou Xinbei District has made some progress.Under the premise of strict administration according to law,a series of innovative measures have been taken.However,compared with the developed areas at home and abroad,the governance level of outdoor advertising in changzhou Xinbei district still needs to be improved,especially in laws and regulations,planning and design,collaborative governance,public participation and other aspects.The main reasons for these problems are imperfect laws and regulations,imperfect collaborative governance system between government departments,and single participants.In view of these reasons,combined with the experience of advanced regions at home and abroad and the characteristics of Xinbei district of Changzhou,the countermeasures to optimize the outdoor advertising governance in Xinbei district of Changzhou mainly include improve the laws and regulations,complete outdoor advertising planning and classified examination and approval system,improve the cooperative governance mechanism,strengthen team construction,the use of intelligent system.
