Research On The Administrative Law Enforcement Of Outdoor Advertising In Xinbei District Of Changzhou

With the development of society,outdoor advertising has attracted more and more attention from city managers due to its special influence on the city’s appearance and environment.In particular,the frequent safety accidents caused by falling outdoor advertising have made various cities strengthen the management of outdoor advertising.In recent years,in order to beautify the city image and improve the ability of social governance,Changzhou has also actively carried out the management of outdoor advertising,among which law enforcement management is the most effective and common working method.Therefore,this paper selects "research on the law enforcement management of outdoor advertising in Xinbei district,Changzhou" as the theme,hoping to play a certain role in promoting and improving the law enforcement management of outdoor advertising.Based on the theory of government regulation and governance,this paper uses the literature analysis method and interview method.By analyzing the problems existing in the law enforcement and management of outdoor advertising in Xinbei district,Changzhou,this paper reveals the reasons and puts forward corresponding countermeasures.The first part is the introduction,which mainly consists of the research background and significance,research status at home and abroad,research methods and ideas,research difficulties and innovation points.The second part is the related concept and basic theory definition of outdoor advertising law enforcement management.The third part is a realistic investigation of the law enforcement and management of outdoor advertising in Xinbei district,Changzhou.The fourth part is the analysis of the causes of the law enforcement and management of outdoor advertising in Xinbei district,Changzhou.The fifth part is the countermeasures and Suggestions to improve the law enforcement management of outdoor advertising in Xinbei district,Changzhou.The sixth part is the conclusion,that is,the summary of this paper.Through the research,it is found that the law enforcement and management of outdoor advertisement in Xinbei district,Changzhou city has played an active role in the past three years,and has made great achievements and improved the appearance of the city.However,there are still some problems at this stage: the law enforcement environment is not good;Weak effectiveness of law enforcement and management;Insufficient law enforcement.After analysis,the author thinks that the main causes of these problems are: the law enforcement management can be followed is not sound;Non-compliance with the law enforcement management system;The construction of law enforcement team lags behind in three aspects.Finally,the author puts forward some countermeasures and Suggestions to improve the law enforcement management of outdoor advertisement in Xinbei district,Changzhou city.Improve the construction of law enforcement and management system,formulate scientific and reasonable overall planning of outdoor advertising,strengthen the coordination of departments,increase the cost of illegal activities,make good use of technical means,and strengthen the management of outdoor advertising production companies;We will strengthen the construction of law enforcement teams,build professional law enforcement teams,improve the professional quality and level of law enforcement personnel,and establish correct law enforcement concepts through supervision.
