In the current real environment of the rapid development of my country’s socialist economy and the rapid progress of urbanization,urban outdoor advertising has also continued to develop with the times.At the same time,it has had an unprecedented and extensive impact on the environment and image of the city.It is undeniable that there are only a handful of outdoor advertisements that play an icing on the urban environment and image,and most of them damage the urban environment due to inconsistent content and form,overall lack of planning,and inadequate implementation of regulatory measures.And the image has a negative impact on urban construction and social development,as well as residents’ lives and experience.Although the exploration and research of outdoor advertising management has started,many problems encountered in the implementation process have not been resolved.Compared with other developed countries,my country’s outdoor advertising management is not mature enough and is still in its infancy.Taking the supervision of outdoor advertising in Lucheng District,Wenzhou City as the research object,I wrote this paper.Aiming at the supervision and management of outdoor advertising,I took Lucheng District,Wenzhou City as an example,to investigate and study the current situation of outdoor advertising management in Lucheng District.On the basis of literature research,through field observation and survey,data collection,interviews and other methods,analyze and study the actual situation of outdoor advertising in Lucheng District in terms of installation,management,approval,and supervision.On the basis of empirical research,using statistics,analysis and other methods to evaluate and analyze the current situation and effectiveness of outdoor advertising management in Lucheng District,comprehensively and in-depth show that there is confusion in the management body and irregular content review in the process of outdoor advertising management in Lucheng District,Wenzhou City,Lack of process management,insufficient executive ability of managers,imperfect collaborative governance,etc.,and discuss and study these problems and their causes.Finally,according to the problems in the supervision and management of outdoor advertising in Lucheng District,Wenzhou City and the causes of the problems,the countermeasures and suggestions for the supervision and management of outdoor advertising in Lucheng District,Wenzhou City are put forward in accordance with the specific needs,hoping to clarify the main body and functions of outdoor advertising management and optimize the management body Departmental settings;scientifically set outdoor advertising content;improve the law enforcement capabilities of outdoor advertising management personnel;strengthen outdoor advertising management and supervision,and comprehensively promote collaborative governance;increase public participation in outdoor management and other five aspects to work together to promote outdoor advertising in Lucheng District Management provides reference.As a second-tier city with rapid economic development,Wenzhou is also one of the sub-venues of the 2022 Hangzhou Asian Games.Its central urban area,Lucheng District,has a certain degree of universality and representativeness in the management of outdoor advertising.Studying the current situation and problems of outdoor advertising supervision and management in Lucheng District is of reference value for exploring outdoor advertising management in other cities in my country.It is of great significance for how to conduct standardized and effective supervision and management of outdoor advertising,and at the same time through good outdoor advertising supervision to enhance the image of the city,show the city culture,and promote the harmonious development of the city.
