Research On Smart Home Care In Dadong District Of Shenyang City

With the accelerated progress of China’s ageing population,the issue of elderly care is becoming a hot topic of great concern to the whole society and there is an urgent need to find a way out of the problem.Based on the actual needs of China’s elderly care services,the home care service has realised the desire of the elderly to live and age in their own homes for a long period of time,and has proposed a new service tool and idea to solve the problem of ageing in China.However,the problems of traditional home care have become increasingly evident in the process of its operation,and it is no longer able to adapt to the diverse needs of the elderly.Therefore,against the backdrop of the flourishing development of modern science and technology,smart ageing has emerged,offering a brand new path to solve the ageing problems in countries around the world and a new way of thinking to truly alleviate the social problems of an ageing population.Taking Dandong District of Shenyang City as a case study,this paper adopts literature analysis,case study method and questionnaire survey method to conduct a study from the perspective of networked governance theory and gain a comprehensive understanding of the current situation of smart ageing at home in Dandong District of Shenyang City.The study concludes that there are problems such as low level of wisdom of elderly care equipment,low acceptance of wisdom in home care by the elderly,unbalanced supply and demand of wisdom in home care,shortage and low professional level of wisdom in home care service personnel,and high cost of investment in wisdom in home care by enterprises.Combining the theory of networked governance with the actual situation of Dandong District,this paper proposes countermeasures to further improve and optimize the wisdom of home care services from the following four aspects: constructing a perfect network system of wisdom of home care,establishing information connection relationship of wisdom of home care,constructing an effective evaluation system and responsibility mechanism of wisdom of home care,and strengthening the construction of governance capacity of the main body of wisdom of home care.
