Research On Rural Human Settlements Governance In The Context Of Rural Revitalization

Implementing the rural vitalization strategy is a important decision and plan made at the 19 th CPC National Congress.It is a major historical task for securing a decisive victory in building a well-to-do society and building a modern socialist country in all respects.It is the overall focus of the work related to agriculture,rural areas and farmers in the new period.Since the implementation of the strategy,through the implementation of the three-year action and the five-year improvement action of rural human settlements,the environment of rural area has basically been clean and orderly,the residents’ health concept has been reflected a welcome change,and the quality of life has been further improved,laying a strong foundation for building a well-off society in an all-round way.The report of the 20 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China pointed out that we should prioritize the development of agriculture and rural areas,adhere to the integration of urban and rural development,and facilitate the flow of urban and rural factors.As the overall rural human settlements is still in poor quality,there are still problems such as unbalanced regional development,imperfect basic living facilities,and imperfect grounds-keepers mechanisms.Therefore,the study of rural human settlement environment governance has certain theoretical value and important practical significance.This paper adopts the literature research method,case analysis,and questionnaire method,according to the "theoretical analysis,status quo analysis,cause analysis,optimization Suggestions",by absorbing and using the experience and success,with G county as the case,to explore the central economic development is relatively weak areas in the process of rural living environment management problems,and find out the corresponding optimization path.This paper stands in the perspective of underdeveloped counties,through the analysis of G county rural living environment governance situation,and draw lessons from the experience of South Korea,Japan,Zhejiang,Yuyang,etc.,found that rural living environment governance by the villagers work sharing consciousness,multiple subject participation degree,mechanism guarantee and grassroots governance level and other factors influence.In response to the problems in the governance of rural living environment in G County,optimization strategies and suggestions are proposed from multiple aspects such as work mechanism,organizational construction,diverse entities,and rural culture.It brings some reference and reference significance to G county and the underdeveloped counties similar to its development level.
