Research On The Incentive Mechanism Of Community Volunteer Service In My Country’s Urban Governance

With the development of social economy and the in-depth promotion of urbaniza-tion urbanization strategy,community,as the main carrier of social functions,plays an important role in urban governance.At the same time,the improvement of life quality and consumption level has made residents’ demand for community services more and more.Therefore,volunteer service activities have gradually penetrated into the commu-nity,which affects the effect of community governance and volunteer action to a certain extent.As a force that cannot be ignored,volunteer service organizations need to continuously attract and encourage volunteers to participate in volunteer services by establishing a complete and scientific volunteer service incentive mechanism plays a key role.Therefore,in order to better develop the cause of voluntary service,the guarantee of the service system,the management of the organization itself,the diversification of incentive forms and the creation of a service atmosphere all need to guide the community volunteer service incentive mechanism to achieve standardizatio-n,institutionalization and normalization important measure.As a big city with historic-al and cultural characteristics,X City in Shaan Xi Province,the research on the incentive mechanism of community volunteer service is still in its infancy,so there are still some problems.This study mainly takes the urban area of X City,Shaan Xi Province as the research object,and discusses the problems faced by the incentive mechanism of community volunteer service in X City in urban governance.Combing in detail the representative views of domestic and foreign scholars on the incentive mechanism of volunteer service,combined with the theory of motivation and incentive theory and civ-il society theory,using questionnaire,comparative and document analysis,the research on my country and X City The evolution status of the community volunteer serve motivation is sorted out,and the problems existing in the community volunteer service incentive mechanism in X City are deeply analyzed,which mainly include the imperfect volunteer service system,the unscientific internal incentive mechanism of the organization,the imperfect volunteer service training mechanism,Volunteers have low social identity.At the same time,we learn from the research results and practical experience of incentive mechanisms that have been obtained in western developed countries.Create a good volunteer service atmosphere and make proposals full of practical value for the community volunteer service incentive mechanism in X City,Shaan Xi Province.
