A Study On The Transformation Path Of Village In Thecity To Urban Community

During the construction of China’s urbanization,with the implementation of the land and countryside divide and conquer system.a large number of villages are gradually encircled by the city,Urban villages and urban communities in the nature,earthy land ownership,the organization forms and resident status is different,and how to realizing the effective governance of the villages,in the process of urbanization is an urgent need to solve the problem.Urban villages to urban community transformation,we should find out the problems existing in the transformation process,realize the urban villages all aspects and city seamless of indicators,in the process need to review before the development of city,adjust the development direction,this is a big project,need a certain amount of time and resources.Urban villages are farmers into the city life cannot be replaced by a "bridge",the government on how to setup the "bridge" need to carefully design and careful construction,let the farmers can smoothly integrated into the city life.And the coordinated development of urban and rural areas has always been the pursuit of the ideal realm of our government and academics,both rural and urban areas will be incorporated into a unified and orderly management system and efforts in the direction of the reform of the system and the rural urbanization.In order to get the detailed information of the village,I have conducted field investigations and interviews with the residents of G village in Guangzhou.Through the management theory and the social capital theory application,to the G village community transformation put forward the constructive criticism.In the development of urban villages,there will be various problems,among which the transformation is the most critical and the most difficult problem to solve.This requires us to carry out a detailed analysis of the problem,face up to the problems,analyze the causes of the problems,and jointly promote the solution of the problem.Based on the implementation of the "much starker choices-and graver consequences-in planning" as the research background,standing on the perspective of population urbanization,G village in Guangzhou as an object of research and analysis on the concept,the existence and transformation of village inside city characteristic and the function of related theory,points out that the transformation of village inside city,shift toward community,is existence and development direction,after a detailed inquiry,summarizes Guangzhou G village transformation of specific methods in the direction of urban community.In the transformation of the village in the city,the government should take the new ideological core model,innovate the working mechanism,increase the input of resources and support the policy.The village committee should improve democratic management,promote the democratic construction of the community,and let the land-lost farmers participate in the transformation work of the middle village in the city,and make the public and fair.It is transparent and unselfish.Land-lost farmers should take the initiative to promote the enthusiasm of the friends around the relatives through a social community of the village community and work together to build a harmonious and ideal community in the city.
