Study On Youth Volunteering Incentives Of Hedong District In Tianjin

Since the reform and opening up,with the continuous development of national modernization and spiritual civilization,volunteering in China has grown from the budding to the rising.The volunteer team has been growing stronger.Volunteering is becoming more and more widespread.The level of volunteering has been constantly improved.With the continuous construction of modern social governance system,volunteering has increasingly become a key force in promoting innovation in social governance.It is developing towards specialization and nationalization.Young volunteers are the backbone of volunteering.Attracting and retaining more volunteers to participate in activities is the key to promote the normalization of volunteering.In August 2017,the State Council promulgated the regulations on volunteering,which systematically stipulated the legal status,normative management and supporting measures of volunteering.Relevant regulations on voluntary services were also issued in Beijing,Tianjin and other places.It promotes the institutionalization and normalization of volunteering activities.Volunteering in Tianjin has been a long time.Hedong district as the center of the city not simply relying on the government organized mobilization.And on-governmental volunteering are growing stronger.Strengthening and optimizing the construction of youth volunteering incentive in Hedong district will help to improve the enthusiasm of young volunteers and improve the overall level of volunteering,so as to promote the level of urban governance in Hedong district.This study is based on the dual-factor theory to analyzes the current situation of youth volunteering incentives in Hedong district,to explore shortcomings,and puts forward reasonable suggestions with literature and interview methods.The study results hope to further promote the benign development of volunteering in order to improve the social governance level of Hedong district in Tianjin.
