| As China enters a new stage of development,the country’s requirements for rural preschool education are also increasing.However,the current development level of rural preschool education is low,and some aspects do not meet the growing needs of parents.The modernization of rural preschool education is also included in the new stage of development.It is very necessary to accelerate the development of high-quality rural preschool education.Although the development of rural preschool education has made some achievements in recent years,there are still some gaps from the requirements of the new stage of development.From the perspective of policy analysis,there are both the factors of making the content of preschool education policy and the problems of implementing preschool education policy.To promote the high-quality development of rural preschool education in our country,and to achieve the "early education" needs the protection of policies.Based on the policy implementation theory and education equity theory,this paper analyzes the implementation status of rural preschool education policy in Naiman Banner by combining literature analysis and investigation.Then analyze the problems and causes of the implementation of rural preschool education policy in Naiman Banner.Finally,with the help of the experience and inspiration of the implementation of advanced rural preschool education policies in other counties(cities)in China,this paper puts forward suggestions to improve the implementation of rural preschool education policies in Naiman Flag by optimizing the overall design of policies,improving the executive power of local policy implementation agencies and establishing and perfecting the policy evaluation system. |
