Before completing this thesis,I learned through investigation that Guizhou province lacks a complete statistical system for the development of civil military integration industry.At present,it only stays at the level of relatively single data collection by a provincial competent department within a limited scope,and lacks the pattern of statistical system in which multiple departments cooperate and participate,and lacks more professional and standardized statistical index data support Lack of information statistical management means,lack of relevant laws and regulations for the development of civil military integration statistics,can not track and monitor the development of civil military integration field,can not immediately reflect the problems faced by the operation of the field and the future development trend,and the guidance and decision-making reference of the analysis results are not strong.Through field research and literature research,this thesis analyzes the problems,causes and impacts of the lack of professional and standardized statistical index data support system from the current development status and statistical status of the civil military integration industry in Guizhou Province,and puts forward the importance and significance of establishing a statistical index system for the development of civil military integration industry in line with the situation of Guizhou Province.To study and carry out the idea of statistical work on the development of civil military integration industry,focusing on the definition of statistical objects and scope,the management of statistical data sources,the design of statistical indicators,and the statistical methods and forms,the thesis focuses on the following aspects:the overall construction and resource sharing of infrastructure,the development of national defense science and technology industry and weaponry,the collaborative innovation of military and civilian science and technology,and the two-way training of military and civilian talents In the seven aspects of maintenance,exchange and use,socialization of military support,modernization of national defense mobilization,and organization and management of civil military integration,a statistical index system of military civilian integration industry development covering 7 first-class indicators and 33 second-class indicators is designed.In order to ensure the effective operation of the statistical index system,the division of responsibilities of relevant responsible units is clarified,and feasible and targeted suggestions are put forward for the relevant systems and mechanisms to be established.In each part of the thesis,the main line of the research is to scientifically establish a statistical index system for the development of the civil military integration industry in Guizhou Province.From the perspective of statistics,this thesis makes targeted research on the content,mode and degree of the development of the civil military integration industry in Guizhou Province,and tries to work out an effective statistical index system for the military civilian integration industry,which is a scientific decision-making for the military and civil integration It provides certain information reference and evidence basis,so as to promote the development of military civilian integration industry in Guizhou Province to "all elements,multi fields,high efficiency" deep integration development.
