The statistical administrative enforcement of law is the concrete application of administrative enforcement of law in the statistical field, which is an important process to maintain the normal order of the statistical work. It ensures that the statistics play the important role in the national economic and social development.Currently statistical administrative enforcement of law has many defects:in respect of the management system, dual leadership causes management confusion, and the division of statistics institutions is not clear; with regard to law enforcement subject, the law enforcement subject is lack of independence and profession. Quality is not high. The passive enforcement is very serious; in the process of law enforcement, the situation of statistical data distortion is very serious. The law enforcement officers violate the law enforcement procedures. The protection of the counterpart’s information is insufficient. There are several reasons for this situation:the idea of ruling by man that exists in the history of our country for a long period of time influences the law enforcement officers deeply. In respect of heightening the capacity of statistical administrative enforcement of law, heightening the quality of the subject of statistical administrative enforcement of law; implementing strict law enforcement responsibility system; establishing the proper procedures of statistical administrative enforcement of law.
