| The backbone strength of the trunk participates in promoting the stability of the spine through the relevant connections between various parts,and uses the trunk as the fulcrum to support the muscles in linking the proximal end of the body,thus ensuring that the muscles at the distal end can play a better role,complete the transfer of body energy and control the body,and ensure that the human body can maintain good stability in multi-dimensional activities.Latin dance is a combination of competitive sports and dance art,and the athletes’ special level and physical quality are indispensable winning factors.Through the development of physical abilities of shoulders,spine and hips,trunk pillar strength training helps to complete important techniques such as maintaining correct body posture,coordination and cooperation of shoulder and spine joints,torsion and application of trunk,and movement and change of center of gravity in Latin dance.On the other hand,it has a positive influence on the physical fitness of young players.This paper mainly adopts the methods of literature reviewing,expert interviewing and experiment to introduce trunk pillar strength training into Latin dance course and analyze its influence on children’s Latin dance ability.The results are as follows:1.Strength training with trunk support can be divided into basic action mode,dynamic stable action mode and dynamic action mode in unstable state.The first stage of basic training mainly enables the subjects to correct breathing patterns,stimulate and train the brain to coordinate and activate stable muscle groups,so that the unbalanced or inactivated muscles of the human body can be balanced and activated again,and the consciousness and concept of the trunk can be established;In the second stage,on the basis of the first stage,the ability of projecting the center of gravity in the vertical direction is transferred to strengthen the supporting force of the body frame;The third stage is to improve the stability of the supporting surface,enhance the body’s control,transmission and transportation,improve the transmission efficiency of limbs and ensure the completion of movements.2.After 12 weeks’ experiment,the scores of functional test(FMS)in teaching group1 and teaching group 2 have improved in different degrees,and the scores in teaching group 1 have improved more significantly than those in teaching group 2.Trunk pillar strength is more suitable for the exertion characteristics of Latin dance movements,which can actually improve the dancer’s overall muscle perception and body application ability,and the trunk pillar strength exercise is more targeted and connected,so the experimental group has a better effect on improving the students’ trunk limb power chain and trunk function stability.3.After 12 weeks’ experiment,the test scores of dancing ability of teaching group 1and teaching group 2 have been improved to varying degrees,and the improvement of dancing ability of teaching group 1 is more obvious after the experiment.Latin dance is a special kind of competitive sports and art.The experimental group pays more attention to the competitive art itself with the help of the practice of trunk pillar strength,helping students to build up their understanding of body movements at the knowledge level,integrating them into their dancing ability,and guides them to minimize compensation and improve the dancing quality.Therefore,the experimental group has a better effect on improving students’ Latin dancing ability. |
