Research objective: the rotation technique is an important technique in the Latin dance movement,and also an important factor to measure the technical level of Latin dancers.Therefore,in order to improve the rotation technique,the training methods of improving the Latin dance rotation technique should be explored constantly.Nowadays,core strength training is widely used in various sports and has achieved remarkable results,but core strength training is rarely involved in Latin dance rotation technique.This paper starts from the analysis of the influence of the enhancement of core strength on the improvement of Latin dance rotation technology,and selects a scientific training program to introduce the core strength into Latin dance training,to explore the influence of the enhancement of core strength on Latin dance rotation technology,and further enrich the training theory and training system of Latin dance.In order to provide sports dance coaches,sports dance lovers with new training ideas and training methods,for the future to improve the Latin dance rotation technical training to provide theoretical and practical reference.Research methods: this paper applies the methods of literature,expert interview,mathematical statistics and experiment to study the influence of core strength on Latin dance rotation technology by combining the technical characteristics of Latin dance with the theoretical knowledge of core strength training.Experimental method is the main method in this paper.In this experiment,24 members of the experimental group and control group were randomly selected for 12 weeks of core strength training to demonstrate the influence of core strength on Latin dance rotation technology.Results: after 12 weeks of core strength training,the experimental group and the control group were evaluated and it was found that the core strength of the experimental group was significantly enhanced and the rotation technology was significantly improved.The test data were better than that of the control group(p < 0.05),showing a significant difference.After 12 weeks of normal training,the core strength of the control group did not increase significantly,and there was no significant difference in rotation technique(p >,0.05).Research conclusion:1.The core strength of children aged 10 to 14 has been significantly improved after targeted training through the core strength experimental training program.2.The enhancement of core power can make the rotation technology be improved effectively.3.It is found in the experiment in this paper that,within the range of 10 to 14 years old,the older the students are,the faster the strength will increase,the longer the dancing age will be,and the more obvious the improvement of the rotation technology will be.
