Background: after China into a well-off society,people’s food and clothing,leisure,fitness,entertainment greatly improved,are becoming more and more popular,Latin dance and Latin dance movements,the technology is also the direction of more and more difficult,flat spin technology became and view of the important factors in determining how beautiful Latin dance moves.The Latin dance contestant China compared with the Latin dance contestant abroad being lack of system in the flat spin,professional training methods and targeted intensive training,and past traditional strength training is to make the body is in a stable state of waist abdomen strength training,cannot satisfy the Latin dance swing movement of the body in the need of unstable.Research purpose and meaning: after a large number of literature reading,found that the core of the human body onset of coordination with rotation in the connection of the region play an important role,so this article at the age of eight to 10 students learning Latin dance flat spin technology introduced in the teaching the core strength training,aims to apply the core strength training to Latin dance swing technique training,the Latin dance for 8 to 10 years old students flat spin technology training to provide more effective training methods,break through the existing problems in traditional training methods,effectively reduce the difficulty of the Latin dance flat spin technology learning,shortening the cycle of learning Latin dance,improve efficiency.Research methods: this article through the literature material method,experimental method,expert interview method,etc.,from the perspective of the project characteristics of the Latin dance,combined with core strength training theory knowledge,to study the influence of core strength training for Latin dance flat spin.In this article,through expert questionnaire distribution and recovery,choose the experts think the most suitable for core strength training to improve students’ Latin dance flat spin technology a few movements and training methods,as well as the Latin dance swing test index.The experimental subjects were divided into two groups before the experiment,one for the experimental group and the other for the control group.The students in the experimental group were trained mainly with core strength training,while the control group practiced the traditional method of independent practice.After8 weeks,the experimental data measured by the experimental group and the controlgroup were analyzed and processed,and the following results were obtained: there was a significant difference in the test scores before and after the experiment.The control group had significant differences before and after the experiment.There was no significant difference between the experimental group and the control group.There was significant difference between the experimental group and the control group.In addition,the mean value of > in the experimental group was plus or minus standard deviation.Research conclusion:(1)after 8 weeks,the control group and experimental group core strength were increased,but the core strength training than traditional training for 8 to 10 years old students core strength is more obvious.(2)compared with traditional method training,core strength training has a greater impact on the speed of flat rotation,and the speed of flat rotation can be speeded up after long-term core strength training.After eight weeks of training,although the speed of the flat rotation is improved,it can be seen that core strength training is more effective than traditional method training on Latin dance speed.(3)compared with traditional method training,core strength training can improve the stability of flat rotation.After8 weeks of training,while the flat spin five laps body center of gravity from the starting line distance were increased significantly,but it can be seen that the core strength training can ensure more students after the Latin dance swing stability.
